Loved the room, space and facilities.
The takeaway dinner was of superb quality and reasonably priced, restaurant/bar staff extremely obliging and efficient, and the takeaway tray was exquisitely presented. Felt like I was dining in a restaurant, in my room.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and even a microwave. The beds are always comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent, and the garden-view rooms are quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect—close to the airport, opposite a great mall, and near public transportation. The reception staff have always been welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the years.
The prices are generally fair and good value when booking early. Unfortunately, when I booked just a week before my trip, the room rates were significantly higher. Nevertheless, I have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
