Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and all the information was explained clearly. The room was clean and beautifully maintained. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — everything was delicious and there was a wide variety of food to choose from.

I would also like to highlight the positive aspects of the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is a major advantage for guests. The room was clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the very large and comfortable bed, which made the stay much more pleasant.

The sound insulation of the windows was also excellent. Although the windows faced the street, no street noise could be heard inside the room. This created a calm atmosphere and made it possible to rest comfortably.

I would also like to mention the good work of the staff. The employees were polite and professional in carrying out their duties.

Cons:

I would like to share my feedback regarding my stay at the hotel, including both the positive aspects and the issues that were genuinely disappointing.

On the positive side, the room had a large and comfortable bed, good pillows, and excellent sound insulation. Although the windows faced directly onto the road and traffic, the noise from the cars was practically not noticeable inside the room. These were definite advantages of the stay.

However, there were several serious shortcomings related to basic comfort.

First of all, there was no drinking water provided in the room. Not “practically no water” — there was simply no drinking water in the room. Only on the first day, one small 500 ml bottle of water was left in a double room for two guests. After that, water was only available at an additional cost. For a hotel of this level and at this price point, this is extremely disappointing: providing guests with at least a basic amount of drinking water every day should be a standard expectation, not an extra paid service.

The second issue was the hairdryer. It worked for about 20 seconds and then switched off due to overheating. Drying hair under these conditions took an unreasonable amount of time. This is simply unacceptable for a standard hotel room.

The bathroom also deserves special mention. The layout of the shower area raises serious questions. The towel rack/dryer is located directly above the toilet, which is both inconvenient and unhygienic.

As for toiletries, the room only had liquid hand soap and liquid shower gel. There was no shampoo, hair conditioner, or proper set of bathroom amenities. Moreover, even if a guest brings or buys their own shampoo and conditioner, there is no shelf inside the shower cabin where these items can be placed.

In addition, the shower door leaks, causing a puddle to form on the bathroom floor after taking a shower. I had to wipe the floor myself, which is hardly an acceptable experience for a hotel guest.

Bad mattress
Pros:

The food was ok in the mornings but a hotel is about the room and the good bed ...and the bed was awful 😞

Cons:

I couldn sleep at all , they had very bad mattresses with springs. I asked to change the and they said they couldn't. I asked them to bring me a fire blankets to sleep on them instead of the mattress , they didn't.
At the end, 2 days before I left , I just told them may back is destroyed so they sent 2 really bad blankets and that was all.
My trip was destroyed because the pains in my back and 7 sleepless nights.
A took a lot of pain killers and I am still very damaged

Great choice
Pros:

Really good hotel located at the main street of city centre. Rooms are spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and staff is very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel should be repaired a bit. The room has a lot of sharpness on the walls and doors.
