I have an absolutely lovely time with Batuhan he made our visit to the Hilton one to remember absolute outstanding service and attention, couldn’t recommended this place any higher! Will 100% be back again !
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles verlief reibungslos, der Aufenthalt war rundum zufriedenstellend.
Es hatte zwei Kissen ein Dünneres und ein Dickeres und flauschige Frottiertücher. Das fand ich sehr angenehm.
Sehr guter Service: Der Shuttlebus zum Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt.
Die Duschbrause in der Badewanne müsste ersetzt werden.
We were very disappointed. This place is dirty, the rooms are old , we were upgraded to a room with 2 pull outs that were pulled out, which we didn’t need so you couldn’t move around. I asked for ice as my husband hurt his arm. Was told they didn’t have any plastic bags to put it in. Just an awful experience. And for some reason the entire hotel had a lingering odor. Not a good Hilton experience.

Much improved new rooms on first floor. The light up mirror and table made doing makeup easier to sit and relax. I like the orange flavour water at reception it was refreshing thank you. I joined Hilton honours and hope to return again
The breakfast had no waffles. The fry up was ok but no white pudding and no baguette rolls to put sausages in. The mini blueberry muffins and tiny scones were not on offer today I was disappointed
El desayuno sencillo, pero cumplía con todas las necesidades y muy rico todo. La cena estuvo estupenda y tienen un comedor super agradable al igual que los camareros estuvieron super atentos. Además ofrece Tanto la ida como vuelta al aeropuerto lo cual a nosotros fue perfecto.
If my king suite was an upgrade, I don't want to know what a regular room is like.
The spring mattress intended for box springs was on a platform, so, as one might guess, it was awful.
The A/C achieves a cool temperature in about 4-5 hours, so I guess it's a plus that eventually the room will be the temperature you'd like it to be.
The curtains did not fully close, mostly because the rail has a divit that doesn't allow them to close.
The positives include one desk clerk, near by bus stops, and great pillows.
Mind the shuttle driver is a grumpy spit who won't even acknowledge your presence and takes on additional passengers in the morning by scanning their leap cards.
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a short trip layover and can't say enough about the friendly customer service we experienced after our long day of travel. Sebastian warmly greeted us upon our late arrival and again at our early departure, efficinetly arranging our airport transportation. He and the other employees we interacted with were all very accommodating, and if we ever return to Dublin, we will most definitely plan to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for being one of many bright spots during our visit to Ireland!
A very delayed review on a return visit to this Hilton, where we always stay when getting a rest arriving/leaving the airport before seeing family and friends in Ireland.
I just want to point out Niamh on Front Desk, who is a fabulous member of their team. Niamh remembered us by name on this visit, even though it had been at least 6 months since the last time and is always kind, helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with.
We find the restaurant very good for dinner and breakfast, always lots of choice, tasty and relaxing.
And a restful sleep too on this trip, very much needed when flying.
All the staff are excellent with their hospitality. We look forward to staying again.
