For a 4 star Hotel to have unreliable WiFi sucks. Despite complaining about it the hotel management seems helpless.
Very convenient to Mater private clinic
My wife found the beds were too high and she had difficulty climbing up on them and getting down. I was ok with mine however she suffers from arthritis.
One night here before we 6 adults flew back home. We had three rooms. This Hilton has an airport shuttle and is why we stayed. It opened in 2006 and has a 250+ person ballroom (no one was dancing there, and no conference). We had breakfast that took some time to arrive--they were not busy at all. The shuttles runs on a schedule and one of our group was not ready, we missed it. We did not want to wait for the next departure time. Ourtme was slipping by and fortunately there was a mini van taxi available .
It was perfect... The shuttle Bus didn't start running until 5am ..we needed to be at the Airport at 4am they arranged for a taxi to bring us free of charge 😁😁
Nothing
Comfortable, quiet absolute quality place to stay.
Clean and comfortable
Overnight parking was not included in the price. It might have been in the small print but missed that.
The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and responsive to every request. Daiva at reception was superb. Beds are very comfortable as are the rooms. Good car parking which is such a bonus. I highly recommend and I hope to stay again
The restaurant is functional, in no way welcoming or comfortable. Why??!! A few soft seats and less canteen style would be worth considering.
The room smelled damp
Was ok. Nothing special.
On a busy road. Rooms far too hot and unable to turn heating off. Set far too high
The bed and pillows were exceptional
There was a bit too much noise from the hotel affecting our room
Location, clean rooms & mostly friendly staff
We had lunch in the bar. It was not good. When I explained this to the waiter, he just ignored me & carried on. To be honest I don’t think he understood!
Stayed at this hotel for one night before catching a flight the next day.
Since it was a Hilton, I had hoped that it would it least be clean and comfortable. Only partly true.
The location was reasonably OK for an airport hotel, with the shuttle bus only taking around 10 minutes.
However there were issues with the room. The safe wouldn't work and the air conditioning /heating could not be turned down/off with a setting as to make it like a sauna. Unfortunately, the couple we were travelling with, had exactly the same issue. Therefore we could only deduce that this was normal. On complaining before dinner, we had hoped that some changes would have been made, but nothing was done.
After a very uncomfortable night with little or no sleep, it was time to have breakfast (which was OK) and then head off to the airport.
Having stayed at a few hotels around the Dublin airport area, this is one which I certainly will not be going back to
James, you need to sort out the Internet it is truly shocking and getting worse. I have stayed at your hotel over 100 nights and you have been changing provider for at least six of those months!! Always the same excuse. I have booked three nights and I’m considering checking out because it is just so bad dropping out constantly impossible to do any work.
Your reception team are lovely, and I feel sorry for them having to constantly apologise. Also had to request a fan as air conditioning in my room not operating. It is not broken, but is switched off at source. You can’t open a window so you are stuck!
Receptionist was lovely, very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating.
The restaurant. Food was mediocre, service was extremely slow, far too big and no atmosphere.
