Review Highlights

Pros:
Friendly, helpful staff cited repeatedly

Good breakfast and praised food options
Convenient location close to the airport
Shuttle service and parking available
Cons:
Shuttle reliability and frequency issues (missed shuttle, long waits)

Occasional poor check-in experience (rude/unhelpful staff)
Perceived poor value in a few reviews (cost complaints)

Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (rooms described as clean, comfortable, large) though a number note dated bathrooms, rust/old shower fittings and a cracked shower head holder which reduce the score slightly.
Service
8.2
Service is frequently called out as helpful and friendly (several mentions of very helpful staff, caring reception, helpful shuttle driver). A few negative incidents (rude check-in staff, shuttle held/not held) make the sentiment mixed-positive overall.
Location
8
Location is repeatedly noted as convenient/close to the airport and handy for travellers, but some guests report antisocial behaviour outside and noise disturbances, so overall positive but not perfect.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are often described as comfortable, spacious and well-equipped with good extras (water, toiletries). However some wear-and-tear is reported (dated bathrooms, shower fittings, occasional bed comfort issues).
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast and shuttle are highlighted positively and parking is available, but the gym is described as basic and shuttle frequency/availability issues are reported, yielding a mixed score.
Value for Money
7
There are explicit complaints about cost (poor accommodation for the price, refusal to reduce cost when issues occurred) alongside satisfied guests; overall value sentiment trends toward slightly below average.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Food is frequently praised (very good breakfast with great selection, excellent bar food, specific praise for meals and chicken wings), producing a strong positive rating.
Overall Experience
7.5
Many guests report a positive, recommendable stay (perfect overnighter, would stay again), but recurring issues (noise, check-in/shuttle problems, dated bathroom elements) moderate the overall impression.

Good hotel in a nice area.
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We wanted a coffee from the lobby last evening, but they ran out of coffee. That was the only downside.
