It was a good location to the event I attended

Cons:

There’s no lights or signs saying where to enter the parking ! Had to drive around 3 times !!

We to ask for bedding for sofa bed over an hour later we got it I told them we needed 2 pillow they said they bring one never did basically a party in lobby til all hours the construction was horrible we pass it 3 times cause not big sign stood at front desk for 10 min to check out had to go look for someone

Pros:

Overall the hotel was great.

Cons:

The rooms there are dirty walls that should be wiped down as it looks like people spilled things and it splattered on the walls. And the ceiling over the bed looks like there was damage like water damage. Should be fixed.

Overall a really good stay.
Pros:

Convenience of location to my event.

Cons:

Room temperature was hard to balance. AC made it very comfortable but as soon as it kicked off it warmed up quickly and too much before the AC kicked on.

Overall was okay, was sad fo see the pool was closed. Ice machines were also closed on certain levels. Staff was overall

Nice location for me to go to the PPG Paints Arena for my concert.
Bed was comfy and clean.

Cons:

Pool was not available.
Doodoo stain on the pull out couch.
Breakfast could have had more options.

Location is everything for the walkable city of Pittsburgh!
Pros:

LOCATION!! Excellent location for walking! Bed was comfortable, pillows too. Good water pressure.

Cons:

The room is very dimly lit. It was very hot in the room and when I turned the AC on it rattled like crazy. The lobby reeked of pot and the staff wasn't friendly. My credit card was hacked the evening we checked in.
