Great hotel very clean, really good food, one Large pool and I think 8 smaller ones so you can more often than not find your own quiet space, right on top of the Med lunch is great they show you the days selection you choose they cook you eat all while sat feet away from the Med.
Rooms have been kept in the traditional style deliberately but are spotless, this was our 3rd visit and will go again.

Please do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS HOTEL!! Saying it needs renovations is the understatement of the century… the carpets are stained, rooms smell of cigarettes and cleaning products, linens are from the 80s. Staff was fine and views are beautiful but at what cost??? I can’t believe this place is passing for 4 stars there is absolutely NO WAY. The food looks to be recycled and is in no way edible. Not even free water provided. To top it off, I got sick after one night here due to the fumes in the room, and my husband and I both broke out in small red bumps (BEDBUGS!!) and rash all over. Do not let the positive reviews sway you to spend your money here, the owners should be ashamed of this place!!!
It is in a fantastic location looking into a beautiful bay and it has a number of pools - it is only about a five minute walk across a small hill from a beautiful beach and little town with lots of restaurants. The staff are friendly & helpful.
The decor is very dated and a bit strange with a mix of flora and British naval ship imagery as well as an antique handpainted look. The pools are mostly quite small and shallow (but very clean and we were always able to find a set of deck chairs). The gym was dated not air-conditioned and the rowing machine was not operational. The treadmill barely functional. But the thing that really let this property down is the strange policies - despite the price of the place they charge you two euro each time you want to change your beach towel, they charge you €10 if you want some ice (where most hotels of this level would provide an ice machine for free). They also have a number of restaurant areas but most of them seem to not be operational most of the time and you couldn’t order a drink or something to eat near any of the pools. The hotel breakfast was okay not great but what was very strange. Was that the best seats along the front looking over the pool? We’re all shut in the morning because they were set up for dinner that night - why they couldn’t reset the tables at night I do not know but it was just very unusual to deliberately prevent people sitting in the good spots. Finally and strangest of all despite two different coffee machines and a proper espresso machine in the bar there was no decent coffee at the hotel. They must be using some the mix that any Italian would cry over. We were not the only guests commenting on how undrinkable the coffee was.
The location is perfect , staff is so nice and helpful!
Food was good , beach is very nice , view from the sea view rooms just excellent specially while the sunset time. As well the view from the main bar near the reception spectacular! It’s very close to PHI beach and lost of other restaurants and bars and other lovely beaches . So close to Porto Cervo and Palau. Excellent location lots of things to do as well if u need relax you will find it here.
The rooms are outdated as well the restaurant.

Hotel con una buena relación calidad-precio, muy buen desayuno, personal atento y muy amable.
Excelente ubicación y servicio de playa y piscinas.
El buffet y el comedor de cenas, un poco caros, pero justo enfrente hay un restaurante exquisito.
Tiene un buen parking interior gratis.
Habitaciones grandes y cómodas.
La posizione era perfetta e lo staff molto gentile.
La signora delle pulizie era bravissima e molto gentile.
La struttura è molto abbandonata, ha molto bisogno di un rinnovo.
Sembra che da quando lo hanno costruito 50 anni fa e fino ad ora hanno fatto solo le pulizie. È rimasto tutto così vecchio.
