Great views and a superb afternoon tea.
Pros:

We had afternoon tea here and it absolutely fabulous - apart from the abundance of food and the magnificent explanations from the attentive staff, there was a two hour 'as much as you can drink' window. That certainly made the afternoon into a fun event. The room itself was much larger than I expected with all the mod cons and the view was breathtaking.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

perfect & ideal stay for our age.
Pros:

We did like the hotel's ambience. the staffs were knowledgable . the breakfast was of high standard. European.Excellent location far from the noisy crowds & yet near to upperscale places like GiNza & Tokyo city.

Cons:

they could have shuttle services from the airport & train stations.

Great hotel and staff, highly recommended!
Pros:

Excellent hotel, kind and very helpful staff! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location is a located on a quite street, very close to a subway station. We had a lovely stay and will definitely recommend staying here!

Pros:

The Staff were exceptional, friendly and the perfect level to make a stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with lots of yummy options and a great way to start the day.

Pros:

This hotel is very stylish, newly designed and comfortable; our room was nice, I think better than the average in Japan. Staff was nice and everything was smooth. Location is quite convenient, next to a metro stop

Cons:

Spa is just a room for massages, I'd have expected a sauna and/or a bath.
