Pros:

Super bra service och respektfull personal.
Jätte bra städning i rummet och påfyllning av vatten flaskor.
Fantastiskt utsikt, stort fönster som ger hela rummet dagsljus med heltäckande mörkläggningsgardiner.
Otrolig fin lounge med komplementär fika.

Bra läge, tog mindre än 30min till alla stora områden i Tokyo.

Hade kunnat boka om.

Cons:

En aning litet rum.
Badrummet var en aning föråldrat men höll fortfarande sin fräschhet.

Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Start in Japan. Absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Das Frühstück was sehr gut.

Quiet area of Tokyo, nearby to metro. Hotel was a bit old but a good size for Tokyo

Overall had a good stay for four nights!
Pros:

Very good location. Direct connection to all major stations across Tokyo, you only need to know your way around the right entry and exits.
Amenities and products were good quality. Complementary lounge access.

Cons:

Rooms and the hotel is a bit old. But it’s overcome by good quality products.
There were some shortcomings with the customer service, after I raised the issue, the manager addressed it promptly.

A very pleasant hotel stay in a convenient area of Tokyo. Nice room, good breakfast and the staff were lovely.
