Very clean and high quality hotel. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Location of hotel was close to many subway line and at a very high end neighbourhood. They have a lounge area that provide coffee and tea 24h a day. Rooms are a little small but not a deal breaker. We had bought the breakfast package and it was well worth it. A lot of choices and high quality food items. very clean. Staff were verry attentive in the lobby and the breakfast area. One interesting thing was the fact that they provided pyjamas, which felt wonderful to the body. Wanted to buy a set but unfortunately they did not sell any. Money making opportunity missed??

Great hotel to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The location. It’s away from the busy tourist areas. The hotel is close to Tamachi and Mita train stations. This was a time saver for us to move around Tokyo.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. No doubt I would stay there again.

Cons:

The internet was very poor this time around when we stayed on 16th floor. After reporting the issue, the staff gave us an additional wireless internet device. However it did not help.

Pros:

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and quiet room with good facilities, coffee machines and snacks. In room Breakfasts were enjoyable and the location was very convenient

Pros:

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Great location. Comfortable beds. We liked the lounge on the 14th floor that had complimentary snacks, coffee and tea.

Cons:

We ordered room service one evening and the food selection was very limited. The food also was not good

Hôtel, localisation

Cons:

Pas de service pour les bagages à l’arrivée ou à la sortie de l’hôtel. On a du se débrouiller seules, avec 6 valises!
De plus, un des membres du personnel du restaurant/bar de l’hôtel était très désagréable.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms & hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and well designed. There was a beautiful view from the hotel rooms. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I loved every aspect of the hotel.
