The front desk added a bed topper to make the bed more comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet

It is the worst customer service ever.
Pros:

Please avoid this property especially at Palm spring.

Cons:

I have two nights to stay there. I called them two days before and I informed that I will not arrive on Friday. The lady is front desk, she said that’s totally fine. I went on Saturday to check in, they said we canceled your reservation because no shows and you can’t stay in the hotel unless if you pay for more night. This is literally stealing my money. I told them I have reservations for three days. They said we canceled it all because you didn’t show on the first day.

Horrible front desk staff
Pros:

It was in a cute area.

Cons:

The woman at the front desk was SO incredibly rude. My friend and I were being so kind and respectful and she was so rude. I will be telling everyone I know to not stay at this hotel.

Mosquitoes
Pros:

Stayed here for a professional meeting and my room was infested with mosquitoes. Killed about 10 and still 5-6 flying around the bathroom.

Notified the front desk and they didn't seem too interested to help. Ended up leaving the hotel not even staying 1 night. Manager Veronica said she would reach out to me and no response. Terrible client service. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VISIT LA QUINTA.

Overall we really liked it, but probably wouldn't stay again because of the pet fee.
Pros:

The room was really spacious and nice. The breakfast was really good. The location was great.

Cons:

They charge $91 for one pet to stay overnight. When I checked in and let them know that we had a small dog, they didn't say anything about a pet fee. I feel like if you have a pet fee that high, you would definitely want to let the people checking in know.
