Horrible front desk staff
Pros:

It was in a cute area.

Cons:

The woman at the front desk was SO incredibly rude. My friend and I were being so kind and respectful and she was so rude. I will be telling everyone I know to not stay at this hotel.

Mosquitoes
Pros:

Stayed here for a professional meeting and my room was infested with mosquitoes. Killed about 10 and still 5-6 flying around the bathroom.

Notified the front desk and they didn't seem too interested to help. Ended up leaving the hotel not even staying 1 night. Manager Veronica said she would reach out to me and no response. Terrible client service. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VISIT LA QUINTA.

Overall we really liked it, but probably wouldn't stay again because of the pet fee.
Pros:

The room was really spacious and nice. The breakfast was really good. The location was great.

Cons:

They charge $91 for one pet to stay overnight. When I checked in and let them know that we had a small dog, they didn't say anything about a pet fee. I feel like if you have a pet fee that high, you would definitely want to let the people checking in know.

A PERFECT GETAWAY ESPECIALLY FOR COUPLES
Pros:

THE BREAKFAST IS SO GOOD EVEN WITHOUT AN OMLETE STATION THAT MAKE THEM ANYWAY YOU WANT. THEY ALSO HAVE AN EVENING HAPPY HOUR WITH SNACKS AND ADULT DRINKS.
THE LOCATION IS WALKING CLOSE TO OLD TOWN LA QUINTA THAT HAS MANY RESTAURANTS THAT SHOULD SATISFY ANY CRAVINGS.

The AC units suck like airline toilets.
Pros:

Liked the included breakfast.

Cons:

The air conditioner was unbearably loud, so I had to turn it off to sleep. But then I could still hear the loud one next door through the walls. One of my friends even changed rooms trying to find a quieter one, but to no avail. Also the TV even when turned off sounded like a washing machine running. Very distressing.
