Pros:

Nice, comfortable, clean, wonderful place to stay. The surroundings are lush and beautifully in bloom, the pools are lovely, and the seaside is very comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious, and the night parties made for a great atmosphere. We'd definitely recommend it to others.

Cons:

Some days the airplanes are very loud, as the airport is very close. The glissade is literally above your head, so expect some noise.

Наличие большой зеленой территории

Cons:

Старые грязные номера, волосы и пыль на полу, крючки от штор на соплях висят, заляпанные двери стеклянные, матрасы как в самых дешевых отелях. В душевой только кондиционер и шампунь в диспенсере и одноразовая щетка. Нажала на регулятор от кондиционера и он отвалился, это меня окончательно добило. Забрала деньги и переехала в другой отель, зря потраченный день был и остался неприятный осадок. Отель совершенно не соответствует своей категории.

Pros:

Felt like a princess in the green mirror room. I don't remember anywhere else so much delicious food basically 24 h non stop. Real coffee and patisserie after -noon corner. You can always find empty sunbed . Public is mostly Russian speaking. DJ music shuts down 11-30 pm sharp. Quiet at night. Relaxed ambience. Bravo!

Cons:

It's very popular and busy hotel. If you don't like crowd it's not the place for you. Expensive!

Otelinizde geçirdiğimiz tatilden son derece memnun kaldık. Temizlik, konaklama, yemeklerin kalitesi ve personelin ilgisi gerçekten kusursuzdu. Her şey çok güzeldi ve kendimizi son derece rahat hissettik.

Özellikle mutfak şeflerimiz Suat Usta, Emin Usta ve Mustafa Usta’ya gönülden teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Bebeğim için her gün sabah ve akşam özel olarak bebek püresi hazırladılar. Bir Baba olarak bana bu kadar yardımcı olmaları, bebeğimin ihtiyaçlarını düşünmeleri ve her konuda destek olmaları benim için paha biçilemezdi. Bu kadar düşünceli, yardımsever ve içten davranmaları bizi gerçekten çok duygulandırdı. Kendilerine ne kadar teşekkür etsem azdır. Emekleri, ilgileri ve güzel kalpleri için hepsine sonsuz minnettarım. 🙏❤️

Ayrıca restoranın güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili garsonu Eda Hanım’a da özel olarak teşekkür etmek istiyorum. 🌸 Kendisi son derece nazik, samimi, yardımsever ve her zaman güler yüzlüydü. Restoranda bize gösterdiği ilgi ve sıcak yaklaşımı sayesinde yemek saatlerimiz çok daha keyifli geçti. Böyle güzel insanlarla karşılaşmak tatilimizi gerçekten özel kıldı.

Temizlikten yemeklere, konaklamadan servise kadar her şey harikaydı. Tüm çalışanların emeği ve misafirlere gösterdiği özen takdire şayan.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz! Hem aileler hem de bebekli misafirler için gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek harika bir otel. Böyle ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımsever insanlarla karşılaşmak gerçekten büyük bir mutluluk.

Un hôtel 5 étoiles qui nous a profondément déçus.

Nous avons séjourné au Club Hotel Sera du 1er au 6 octobre 2026. Nous savons que la météo ne dépend pas de l'hôtel, mais Antalya a connu un mois d'octobre particulièrement pluvieux cette année, avec très peu de soleil. En revanche, la manière de gérer cette situation relève bien de l'établissement.

Toutes les activités ont été annulées sans aucune animation de remplacement. La piscine intérieure est restée fermée jusqu'en novembre, alors qu'une ouverture exceptionnelle aurait permis aux clients de profiter au moins d'une partie des équipements. Même lors de notre unique journée ensoleillée, les piscines extérieures étaient froides. Nous n'avons donc pas pu nous baigner pendant tout notre séjour.

Les animations du soir étaient également très décevantes. Certains soirs, il n'y avait rien en dehors de la mini-disco pour les enfants. Les spectacles auxquels nous avons assisté nous ont donné une impression de manque de moyens et d'amateurisme. Nous avons rapidement préféré regagner notre chambre plutôt que de poursuivre la soirée.

Nous avons déjà fréquenté des hôtels comparables, parfois au même prix, voire moins chers, où les animations étaient réellement agréables. Ici, nous nous sommes tellement ennuyés que nous avons fini par sortir dans des centres commerciaux pour nous changer les idées et permettre à notre fille de profiter un peu de ses vacances. C'est tout de même regrettable d'en arriver là dans un hôtel cinq étoiles.

Autre constat : le personnel nous a semblé peu nombreux. Nous avons régulièrement retrouvé les mêmes employés, dont certains semblaient travailler plus de 12 heures par jour. Ils sont pourtant très gentils, mais le management nous a paru agressif.

Enfin, seulement trois ascenseurs pour dix étages : les attentes étaient fréquentes et les cabines souvent pleines.

Locatie top. Genoeg activiteiten. Erg gezellig.

Cons:

Er wordt zo veel gerookt. Dat is echt een grote minpunt! Ook waar kinderen bij zijn. Dus rookvrije zones zouden top zijn. Wij hielden het niet meer vol. Alcohol wordt er 24 uur geserveerd. Ik zou om Islamitische reden hier niet meer terug komen. Doet me erg pijn om mijn broeders en zusters alcohol te zien inschenken non stop.
