Partiamo da l’unica cosa che vale le 5 stelle, LA POSIZIONE, davvero splendida.
Per il resto c’è davvero molto da rivedere.
- Struttura e piscine: la struttura interna ed esterna è davvero molto datata. Andrebbero fatti tanti lavori per sistemare muri, pavimenti, porte… Le piscine riscaldate (?) hanno diversi punti dove la pavimentazione è rotta, oltre che ad essere brutto esteticamente può anche essere pericoloso.
- Camere e bagni: l’insonorizzazione non andava di moda quando è stato costruito questo Hotel. Preparatevi a condividere la stanza e non solo con i vostri vicini (bagno incluso!!) Sempre per rimanere in tema bagno, lo stesso non è finestrato, NON ha lo scopettone per il WC e NON ha una ventola, o se c’era la nostra non andava. Per concludere, nel mini-bar troverete solo una bottiglietta d’acqua. Non Champagne, vino, birra, snacks, nulla di nulla. Ma in un 5 stelle non sono obbligatori?!
- Ristorazione e aperitivi:
1. World Café : ristorante a buffet con serate a tema. La settimana che sono stato io: 2 sere cucina italiana, 2 sere cucina messicana, 2 sere cucina asiatica e 1 sera cucina canariana.
2. Portofino : cucina italiana (vogliamo parlarne?!?!)
3. Barefoot Grill / Bluewater Grill : il ristorante preferito dal 90% della clientela di questo Hotel. Non giudico ma dico solo che se davvero il mangiare che date è fresco e non surgelato, allora per favore rispondete alla mia recensione!!!
4. Piano Bar : decido con mia moglie di fare un apero qui. Prendiamo uno Spriz ed un Negroni (solo per info costo EUR 21.—) e non ci viene dato nulla da sgranocchiare. Chiediamo allora se hanno della Chips o delle olive. NO!!!!
Ci danno un vasetto con dentro delle arachidi è fatti andar bene quelle….
Concludo dicendo:
Se sono venuto a Lanzarote era anche per mangiare spagnolo no?! Se no andavo in Italia che di sicuro mangiavo meglio….
Ma invece di fare Ristorante Portofino (male) fare Ristorante “Valencia” ? Con tapas e paella ? Non sarebbe più caratteristico ?
E poi davvero, visto che siete un 5 stelle, 2 olive offritele !!

Les différences "preferred" ne permettant pas de prendre un verre en bord de mer ! n'importe quoi !! Les différences de traitement ne sont pas très "classe".
Trop de choix au restaurant, au détriment de la qualité.
Si, pero no lo podimos disfrutar porque fue por una cancelación área tardía.

Ambiente bereits am Eingang und der Empfangshalle. Poolbereich und Gartengestaltung vor allem auch der Premium Bereich. Frühstück Premium und deren Annehmlichkeiten. Dir Ruhe gegenüber Puerto del Carmen und Playa Blanca. Mit dem Mietauto sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten innert 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen.
Konzertbestuhlung am Abend bei den allabendlichen Konzerten.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und absolut ruhig gelegen. Auf dem Balkon sitzend hörte man nur das Rauschen des Meeres und den Wind in den Palmen. Der Zimmer Service war hervorragend und jeder Sonderwunsch wurde sofort und perfekt erfüllt! Das Frühstück war von einer hervorragenden Vielfalt und sehr geschmackvoll. Auch das Abendessen war prima und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Service im World Cafe war bestens und ganz besonders nett und hilfsbereit war EVA. An der Rezeption hat man sich wirklich den ganzen Tag um uns gekümmert und ganz besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei VERONICA, ISABEL, CLAUDIA und LIANA. Die Damen waren so nett und hilfsbereit, dass man so etwas in einem Hotel dieser Größe nur selten erlebt! Und zuletzt möchten wir uns noch ganz herzlich bedanken bei JOSEBA unseren Porter, der auch keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Hotel ist eine Oase der Ruhe und wird als Adults Only Hotel auf jeden Fall seinen 5 Sternen gerecht!

Excellent location, great facilities, and amazing staff willing to go above and beyond for the guests. Great selection of food, lovely restaurants throughout. Loved our stay and will definitely come back again!
Could hear other guests doing the nasty all night long which wasn't great, but the staff was more than happy to make it up to us so no big problem!

La struttura non è evidentemente pensata per un clima straordinariamente freddo e così abbiamo avuto molto freddo in camera e nella struttura… quando si usciva dalla spa bisognava passare all’aperto x rientrare nell’hotel
