Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Ortskern mit vielen Restaurants gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ok, die grossen Betten bequem. Das Früstücksbuffet glich selbst in der Nebensaison Februar eher einer Massenabfertigung als einem gemütlichen Ort, den Tag zu beginnen. Die unterschiedlichen Grade (gewöhnliche Gäste, privilegierte Gäste und superprivilegierte Gäste) sind wohl für alle drei Levels eher peinlich und das Konzept sehr aus der Zeit gefallen. Die schön angelegte und grosszügige Poollandschaft ist das Highlight.

Cons:

Das World Café (Frühstücks- und Buffetrestaurant) ist zu klein, zu eng getischt, unpersönlich und hat eine viel zu enge Terrasse. Die riesige Lobby, die sowohl Bar, Empfangs- und Wartehalle ist, zudem Treppenhaus, „Wohnzimmer“ wie auch zur Nutzung als Show- und Eventhalle vorgesehen ist, stellt sich als eine katastrophale Fehlplanung heraus. Völlig ausgeschlossen, dass man sich dort auch mit einem Drink wohl fühlt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und das Konzept der strickten Unterscheidung zwischen normalen, privilegierten und extra privilegierten Gästen schon fast peinlich.

Endroit vraiment très agréable
Pros:

La proximité avec la mer, le spa, les piscines extérieures, la beauté des locaux, le petit-déjeuner pantagruélique.

Cons:

Nous avons occupé la ch. 426 et bien que la réception nous ai dit que nous étions surclassés, l’extérieur et le balcon de la chambre sentait très mauvais-très forte odeur d’égout- et une machinerie faisait beaucoup de bruit ( à l’extérieur, nous n’avons pas eu de désagrément dans la chambre) mais nous n’avons pas pu véritablement apprécier le balcon.

Lots of programmes to choose from.

Cons:

The room, especially the bed ,is so humid.woke up feeling like I slept in a wet bed. The room I got has 0 sunlight, bad energy. In general , the facilities are out of date. Felt like traveling back in time. Definitely will go back to Lanzarote but never this hotel.

Przepyszne jedzenie, bardzo miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacja na uboczu. Przestronne pokoje, ciekawe codzienne wieczorne występy.

Cons:

Miejscami widać, że budynek jest już stary. Drogie zabiegi w spa.

Séjour détendant et régénérant au cœur de l’hiver.
Pros:

L’hôtel est niché dans une crique à l’abri de l’agitation des stations balnéaires voisines.Nous avons apprécié le calme, l’accueil du personnel, le confort de notre chambre face à l’atlantique, la variété des buffets et des restaurants, la salle de fitness et les cours de yoga et pilâtes .

Cons:

Les piscines sont à 20 degrés ce qui est insuffisant pour se baigner quand la température de l’air est à 18 degrés. C’est dommage , elles sont si belles.
Le bruit des machines des piscines depuis le balcon de notre chambre…mais heureusement contrebalancé par le bruit des alizés dans les palmiers .

Emplacement est un réel +
Pros:

- chambre confortable grande et avec belle vue mer
- endroit calme et accessibilité pour marcher jusqu’au petit port à côté, beaucoup moins touristique que certaines stations pas loin, vraiment un plus l’emplacement !
- l’hôtel en général est très jolie
- le petit déjeuner buffet copieux
- des activités et workshop proposés tous les jours

Cons:

- le personnel trop « speed » dans les restaurants
- suivant la femme de ménage parfois le ménage laisse à désirer et parfois le ménage était parfait (tout dépend de la femme de ménage du jour)
- les restaurants de l’hôtel ne sont pas à la hauteur des prix demandés (prix comme en France pour une qualité bien moindre !)

Would stay here again
Pros:

Great hotel/location and we received a room upgrade which was amazing.
Staff at Reception/Bar and Activities were very friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble.
A good selection for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Mini bar and coffees being replenished daily.
Good entertainment.

Das Spa war sehr laut durch die sprudelanlagen und Sauna in Badesachen ist nicht unser Ding
