Établissement trop grand, impersonnel
Pas de contacts avec le personnel, hormis à la réception où nous avons eu un super accueil
la piscine tellement froide, alors que j'ai demandé si elle était chauffée et qu'on m'a dit oui, le bar , pas sympa du tout, les serveurs parlent entre eux à la place de nous servir, pas une cacahuète, pas une chipps avec l'apéro, très dommage
El desayuno estaba muy bien.
Que la piscina no se pudiera usar después de las18:00 y que en recepción hubiese personal que no supiera hablar castellano.

I did like the evening entertainment, and that it was quite close to the harbour for activities, the staff were absolutely lovely.
I think for people who would like to get up early, staying in one of the rooms near where the evening how’s are held is not great because the door of the rooms are not really soundproof. The images of the resort on bookings also feature the area that only member can access, which I feel can be a bit deceiving, that where the nicest pool is.

Placed in a good town, near a lot of restaurants and supermarket (5-10 min by car)
Some staff members looks like gate their job. Also from 13-14:00 to 18:00 you can’t just grab something to drink inside the hotel, everything closed and when you’re asking - each staff member redirect you to another. Also there are poor infrastructure, there are no bike rental (as on the photo), it’s closed. In general pools in a bad condition like other infrastructure. It’s 5 star hotel, but it was good I think 10 years ago. Definitely do not worth its cost.
