Emplacement idéal pour échapper aux stations balnéaires et au tourisme bas de gamme.
Bel établissement, avec des équipements de bonne qualité.
Personnel professionnel et sympathique.
Un bémol pour ce qui concerne la restauration, mais la marina à deux pas propose de bonnes prestations en la matière.
La qualité relativement décevante du petit petit-déjeuner pour un hotel classé 5 étoiles en Espagne : mêmes prestations d'un jour à l'autre et surtout absence de préparations à la demande : des oeufs au final froids, trop cuits...
Alojamiento excelente, en una ubicación increíble en Lanzarote, con buenas vistas. Estuvimos en una habitación prefered con acceso directo a piscina y fue una maravilla poder bajarte de la cama y salir a tu terraza y darte un baño exclusivo y privado. Además al ser prefered tienes restaurantes para desayunar, comer y cenar exclusivos para ti, a parte del buffet y otros restaurantes abiertos a todos los huéspedes. En concreto el desayuno a la carta en Restaurante Portofino es una pasada, comida recién hecha para ti y con una calidad y sabor excelentes.
El servicio de roomservice que tiene es de lo mejor, puedes pedir todo tipo de comida o bebida y de lo traen a la habitación en menos de 30 minutos.
Y las housekeeping excepcionales cualquier tipo de necesidad, una crema, un jabón una toalla extra, en minutos estaba repuesto todo.
Camas perfectas y cómodas, y menú de almohadas a tu gusto.
La única pega que pondría es el buffet, tienen poca variedad en cuanto estilos de comida, muy centrado en siempre lo mismo y pequeño y poco variado para un hotel de tal calibre. Los postres y frutas muy variados pero la comida en sí… mejoraría ese buffet para tener un lugar perfecto en Lanzarote.

The only negative was that we waited over 45 minutes for our meal order to be taken in Portofino restaurant as the lady had disappeared.
The waiting on staff said they could only take drink orders & serve drinks, however these guys were very apologetic though and did try & rectify as soon as they could.
The reception staff spoke perfect English, and were very welcoming. The food in the restaurants was delicious. There is ample space for sunbathing and swimming.
The prices in the restaurants were steep, but this is to be expected with the quality of the hotel overall. The availability of food and snacks throughout the day was limiting. The food was mostly meals. It was difficult to get a coffee after breakfast.

Excellent location, rooms very comfy and excellent staff. Gym available 24/7, well decorated though not super recent and very conveniently located on the ocean shore.
Breakfast pretty good, but could use some variety every couple of days (the choice stayed the same every day).
The wellness facilities were available for extra cost.
I liked everything, it was all brilliant. In particular the ladies on guest experience were great and very helpful.
The staff in the bars and restaurants were lovely, so was the food and drink they served.
The oceana restaurant was my favourite, lovely lunches in there too.
I ended up with a super room with plenty of sun on the terrace, which was kept spotlessly clean for me, as was everywhere else at the hotel.

Das Zimmer war ok, die grossen Betten bequem. Das Früstücksbuffet glich selbst in der Nebensaison Februar eher einer Massenabfertigung als einem gemütlichen Ort, den Tag zu beginnen. Die unterschiedlichen Grade (gewöhnliche Gäste, privilegierte Gäste und superprivilegierte Gäste) sind wohl für alle drei Levels eher peinlich und das Konzept sehr aus der Zeit gefallen. Die schön angelegte und grosszügige Poollandschaft ist das Highlight.
Das World Café (Frühstücks- und Buffetrestaurant) ist zu klein, zu eng getischt, unpersönlich und hat eine viel zu enge Terrasse. Die riesige Lobby, die sowohl Bar, Empfangs- und Wartehalle ist, zudem Treppenhaus, „Wohnzimmer“ wie auch zur Nutzung als Show- und Eventhalle vorgesehen ist, stellt sich als eine katastrophale Fehlplanung heraus. Völlig ausgeschlossen, dass man sich dort auch mit einem Drink wohl fühlt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und das Konzept der strickten Unterscheidung zwischen normalen, privilegierten und extra privilegierten Gästen schon fast peinlich.
