La hall è molto bella. Il personale è gentile. La palestra è bella e abbastanza ben fornita.
Non era molto chiaro il fatto che la SPA fosse extra e a pagamento.
La struttura era tanto grande e certi spazi risultavano poco curati.
Purtroppo nella nostra stanza non prendeva il Wi-fi... Abbiamo lamentato questo problema tutti i giorni, ma solo a metà del quarto giorno su sei ci è stato proposto di cambiare stanza, senza nemmeno offrire un upgrade... Siamo tornati indietro dalla nostra escursione, ma alla fine abbiamo deciso di tenere la vecchia stanza per l'ultima notte...
Large and comfortable bed, quiet location. Very nice view. Cool daily activities. Clean room. Beautiful lobby. Nice and welcoming staff, reception staff was very nice.
Strange smell in the hallways, not pertaining to a hotel at this level. Food was average. Pool was freezing cold. Some areas of the hotel are not maintained well. The hotel is quite remote, so if you dont book a car your stay is limited to the hotel only. Marina is a 20 min walk.

Es war sehr laut schreckliches zimmer mit blick auf parkplatz, schlechte lärm isolation man hat alles im gang gehört. im restaurant beim pool wurde das kaffee verweigert war nur für preferred club. Kaffee und essen nicht gut.
La ubicación , el personal , calidad de los alimento , la estructura del Hotel . Sobre todo que aceptan como mascotas a los gatos cosa que en mucho hotel de España lamentablemente no sucede

The service was super. We ask for several additional things we needed and got all of them. (Eg a quite space/room for a conference call in the morning)

not enough choices
The hotel was just boring, just setting around the pool, no music, no activities, pool water was extremely cold, food was cold, not enough choices, I have to send so much money and went out to eat and paid for expensive taxi fare. The hotel was in the middle of no where, no shops or restaurants. I speak to other people there , they was just saying the same thing. ME PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Chambres de bonne taille et très agréable. Très grand lit confortable.
Service de petit déjeuner en sur classement au restaurant porto fino, très agréable, la salle est très bien gérée et le personnel très attentif.
Piscine spacieuse et on arrive à trouver de la place relativement facilement sur les transats meme en plein mois d'aout avec occupation maximale.
Bon service d'animations et d'atelier.
Le spa est de qualité, très bons massages et soins.
Les toilettes dans la salle de bain, sont trop proches de la douche et du lavabo. c'est très décevant. Salle de bain peu pratique avec patères pour accrocher les serviettes juste au dessus des toilettes.
Les abords des piscines manquent cruellement d'ombre.
Es un lugar idóneo para unas vacaciones en pareja. Relax total y muy bien atendidos. GRANDE JOSEBA

Pues ni bien ni mal la verdad, el personal muy amable con diferencia creo que es lo mejor de ese hotel el PERSONAL.
Si me preguntas si repetiría, mi respuesta sería no. El porqué es muy sencillo, las instalaciones no van acorde con el precio, su precio es bastante elevado para el tipo de habitaciones que tienen y el desayuno que tampoco era del 10.
La habitación estaba con bastante polvo y no muy limpia, el baño bastante bien, parecía limpio y olía a lejía, las vistas jajaja bueno eran al aparcamiento aún así tenía su punto de encantó la verdad.
El desayuno pues muy sencillo y no es que estuviera del 10 como ya dije, mucha variedad pero poca calidad, hemos estado en hoteles de menos estrellas mejor de precio y el triple de calidad en todo, por ese motivo no volvería a repetir.
Staff members were so nice and helpful, location is perfect and comfortable… very clean and night activities just icing on the cake , massive sport bar so you don’t miss a game!

We absolutely loved our honeymoon stay here. Pool areas are gorgeous. In an idyllic setting with beautiful view. Short walk to marina of puerto calero. The rooms were very comfortable and staff were really helpful. All the food was so fresh and delicious great selection between buffet and restaurants.
The property could do with some tlc like paint etc some tiles cracked on the floors
