Понравился сам отел и его расположение, симпатичный сад, красивый холл, уборка ежедневная, довольно тихо было в номере и идти на пляж 2 мин.

Pros:

The staff made my experience wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. All of them are helpful and happy. The room was comfortable, pool is nice and the lounge room is stunning, very comfortable.

Pros:

The best thing is the location, stayed here before couple years ago and location was mainly reason we chose it again. Friendly and helpful staff, accepting cats in the hotel is another good thing.

Cons:

Stayed at same hotel in 2022, it was nice and clean. This time noticed that it wasn’t that taken care of as last time, chose this hotel with good location and also had a pool which I’ve used before but not this time, it was dirty and wouldn’t even get close to it. Pillow covers got dirty or at least with some stains so had to change it.
Also too expensive this time for the quality.

Местоположение и дружелюбный персонал

Cons:

Номера в отеле были очень маленькими и тёмными. Освещение в номерах было очень слабым.
Поскольку до этого мы 10 дней отдыхали в Окурджалар у нас были большие чемоданы.Было очень трудно поднимать большие чемоданы по лестнице.

Si quieres salir de fiesta, es tu sitio. Si quieres descansar, alomejor no tanto.
Pros:

La ubicación del sitio es muy buena para ir andando a todos sitios del casco antiguo.
La limpieza del hotel era buena y las camas bastante cómodas.

Cons:

Había mucho ruido y se escuchaba TODO lo de la calle. Música por las noches muy altas que impedía el descanso. Llamamos a recepción pero no tenían tapones, en otros sitios que saben que hay ruido ambiente, los proporcionan.

Spent 2 nights on holiday and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff was amazing, young man helped us with the co fusing roads to get our car where we needed to be. Room was clean and spacious. Close to beach and marina, so many restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

A charming hotel located right in the old city.
We really liked the pool, a great way to spend an afternoon lounging by water. You can order food and drinks by the pool. I really liked their burger salad.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is right in front of the ethnographic museum. I recommend checking it out, it's free.
The room was what we needed, three separate beds.
We stayed at different hotels in the old city before. This one so far was the best.

Cons:

The hotel is on a hill, make sure your taxi takes you as close as possible so you don't have to walk up the hill with your luggage. The hotel is old, rooms probably need some renovation. But a lot of hotels in the old city are in similar shape.

I was checked into the wrong room on arrival. When I tried to explain that I thought it was the wrong room, I was told to contact my booking agent. After actually looking at the booking, the property discovered I was correct and was in the wrong room.
