Hôtel simple et efficace ou rien ne manque, pas de première jeunesse mais personnel très à l’écoute et réactif

Le côté familial et complet de l’établissement ainsi que l’accueil

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas tout jeune il y avait de petit souci d’odeur et 2/3 bricoles d’ordre technique dans la chambre mais le personnel a été efficace à régler tout c’est petits soucis

Bon hotel amb les seves cosetes a millorar

Parc aquàtic molt xulo; l'habitació doble era ample i l'aire acondicionat no feia gens de soroll, i sempre l'han netejat molt bé; l'animació ha estat prou bé; els socorristes eren simpàtics

Les tres piscines principals estan molt separades entre sí i no fan animació en totes elles, amb la qual cosa la d'animació s'omple ja des de primera hora. El menjar està bé però no gaire variat. Tot i que l'animació que han fet estava bé i tant noies i nois eren agradables, no hi ha hagut massa varietat ni al junior club es feien gaires activitats, era més deixar la meva filla allà i ja s'espabilaria jugant (comparat amb altres hotels que a cada hora en punt hi havia activitats pels menuts)

La gentillesse du personnels et les piscines pour les enfants c’est top

Cons:

La propriété des chambres horible !! Les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours mais nous avons dormi sur les même draps pendant une semaine… les lits n’en parlons même pas ! Très déçu.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé les activités pour les enfants, les toboggans et les piscines. Le ménage était très bien fait dans les chambres et le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Il est nécessaire de rénover les chambres. La chambre était petite avec un lavabo dans l’entrée, nous n’avions pas de frigo ni de petite table sur la terrasse. Les repas n’étaient pas qualitatifs au vu du 4 étoiles. Peut être revoir l’organisation pour l’accès au restaurant. Les files d’attente étaient très longues (+ de 10 minutes)

Sfrutta gestita MALE , poco pulita

L’intrattenimento : piscine , Game Center per i ragazzi , ristorante , insomma il solo fatto di avere più cose da fare in una struttura ma purtroppo ognuna di queste poco funzionante . La biancheria (quasi) sempre abbastanza pulita .

1- la stanza che ci hanno dato (matrimoniale SUPERIOR colazione e cena inclusi , 180€/notte) era un qualcosa di indecente . Plafoniere dei lampadari macchiate e con muffa , cuscino con federa chiazzata di giallo , sporcizia e polvere nell armadio , al bagno capelli a terra e ovunque , muro macchiato/rovinato , lavandino che presentava ruggine sotto , muffa ai lati della doccia e ATTAPPATA, appena abbiamo provato a lavarci e uscita tutta l’acqua allagando fino all’ingresso della stanza ..
2- alla richiesta di sostituzione ci è stata proposta una stanza simile ma senza la problematica della doccia e con dei letti decenti (la prima aveva delle reti distrutte che facevano un rumoraccio solo a muoversi)

3- il buffet : non male , ma ripetitivo quasi ogni giorno stesse cose (insalata , cetrioli e patatine fritte mi stavano uscendo dalle orecchie) e inoltre un odore forte mi uovo per tutta la sala , quasi nauseante , probabilmente c’era poca areazione in cucina (?)

4- le piscine : belle , carine , ma con pochissimo spazio e pochissimi ombrelloni/sdraio rispetto al numero di persone presenti . Praticamente alle 9.15 c’erano già 30/40 persone in fila all apertura delle 10.00 per correre e accaparrarsi un ombrellone e lettino (circa 30 posti ho contato più o meno a fronte di almeno 100 persone presenti in struttura..)

5- bar della piscina : abbiamo provato una sola volta a pranzare lì prendendo un hot dog , mio figlio è stato male con la pancia per 2 giorni . Ho fatto una foto , era grigio letteralmente grigio all esterno e rosa chiaro all interno , nonostante non lo abbiamo mangiato nemmeno per metà , e stato poco bene poco dopo .

6- rimborso : ho richiesto tramite Booking un rimborso almeno della prima notte , non solo hanno rifiutato , dopo 5 giorni che ero lì , mi hanno lasciato la card per le bevande illimitate (il checkout era 48 ore dopo..

Hôtel un peu cache misère, qui ne vaut pas ces 4 étoiles , 3 maximum ! seul point positif piscine et emplacement
