Vorstelijk verblijf in hartje Sevilla

Accommodatie maakt 4-sterren niveau op alle aspecten meer dan waar.

Cons:

We waren er met een ander stel en zouden als ervaren ‘citytrippers’ in redelijkheid geen minpuntje kunnen noemen.

Fijn hotel wat voldeed aan onze verwachtingen.

Ruime kamer en alle gemakken voorzien,

Cons:

Het vloerkleed was beschimmeld en stonk heel erg, het personeel kon er weinig aan veranderen.

Het restaurant viel erg tegen.
Slechte bediening en de menukaart was onduidelijk.

Above and beyond
Pros:

Location is perfect. Walking distance from any monument. You don't need any transport. The hotel itself is really beautiful: marble floors, typical Andalusian palace with an internal court.
Staff very kind and ready to help, I didn't need to ask any question, they were already ahead on everything. Room was cute, comfy and super clean. I slept very well, was not noisy at all. Breakfast was above and beyond: there is basically everything, you can change your breakfast style every day. There is also a coffee machine to have espresso. I particularly appreciated the quiet environment of the breakfast room. Music volume was appropriate and distance between tables perfect. I am very impressed by how the staff was nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Maybe water in the room could be free and not on charge?
For the rest, everything was perfect.

Bella struttura, caratteristica e curata. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le zone principali: cattedrale, alcazar, centro, barrio santa Cruz/quartiere ebraico, plaza de toro. Personale davvero gentile ed efficiente pronto anche a darti indicazioni su luoghi e offerte. Stanze belle e pulite e letti comodi. Colazione super.

Cons:

L'alloggio assegnato era su due livelli ma dalle foto di booking era tutto su un unico livello. Dislocato in una zona interna della struttura, certo più tranquilla ma con illuminazione delle stanze un po' scarsa. Interessato il personale, si sono prodigati per assegnarci un alloggio per noi più comodo e luminoso. Tutto ok.

Außergewöhnliches spitzen Hotel in Sevilla

Liebes Vincci La Rabida Team,
Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich bei Ihnen für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hause bedanken. Vom Check In bis zum Check Out lief alles einwandfrei. Bei Ankunft haben wir dem Personal mitgeteilt dass wir unseren 20.Hochzeitstag bei Ihnen verbringen werden. Daraufhin wurde uns ein kostenpflichtiges Zimmerupgrade mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf die Kathedrale angeboten. Dieses haben wir gerne angenommen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Roof Top Restaurant/ Bar und verfügtüber die beste Aussichtaufdie Kathedrale. Wir hatten dort wunderschöne Abende zu zweit mit außergewöhnlich günstigem und gutem Essen.
Bitte folgen Sie den Empfehlungen des Personals. Wir hatten eine Salat bowl und Fisch im Salz gebacken. Ich esse gewöhnlich keinen Fisch und fand ihn unglaublich lecker. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Es gibt alles über Müsli, Brot , Wurst , Käse sowie verschiedene Eivarianten. Wir haben auch den Roomservice getestet. Der warme Brownie sowie der Burger waren ein Genuss. Der Service des Hotelpersonals macht zu dem hohen Anspruch der Hotelkette den Unterschied. Das Housekeeping bis Rezeption sowie Servicepersonal bietet eine einheitliche Konstante in der Bewirtschaftung ihrer Gäste auf einem unglaublich hohen Niveau an. Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Im Hotel steht Ihnen zudem ein Concierge Service zur Verfügung, dieser beinhaltet Beratung und Information über Sevilla und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gerne unterstützt sie dieser auch bei Restaurantempfehlungen sowie Tischreservierungen. An unserem Hochzeitstag hat uns das Personal mit Kuchen und eine wunderschönen Karte auf dem Zimmer überrascht.
Tausend Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Sevilla. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
