Clean, comfortable and friendly service! Five stars!
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. When I couldn’t figure out the tv remote, they sent someone immediately to fix it for me. The manager was very nice.

Short and happy it was only one night
Pros:

We were very disappointed. The place is very bad. It has a smell, bathroom was disgusting. We felt very unclean. We would never go back or recommend.

Pros:

Nice breakfast (lobby waffles!). Convenient location to downtown/lakefront in Escanaba and a good inexpensive place to stay for our day trip to Munising, where prices are much higher because of the tourism.

Pros:

I needed a room and they had one available.

Cons:

Beds were horrible. Did not sleep well at all. Breakfast was ok-ish. not much variety. have had better and have had worse. nice that they offer something though. The keycard reader for the door closest to our room didn't work.

Loud throughout. Noise carries . Not satisfied.
Cons:

Room has such low wattage light bulbs you can turn everything on and still can't see . Toilet paper holder is in the way of the toilet . Could not get water from the shower head . Had to clean up in the tub . Charged me fifteen dollars cause I arrived a little early .l

Would not stay again- poor security and smelly.
Pros:

Appreciated staff calling when our check in was late.

Cons:

Room smelled smoky (marijuana), shower curtain rod fell out of wall, window lock was broken, toilet is loose.

Pros:

Easy access to main road

Cons:

Room was out dated. Needed a new paint in the room, new baseboard and probably a new air conditioner. Bathroom could be updated too.
Went to check out & got a nod. No thank you, no goodbye..nothing!
Bed was comfortable…that’s about all

Acceptable at best
Pros:

The breakfast was listed as a hot breakfast but they only had 1 waffle maker for the entire motel and the printed information at the motel listed it as a continental breakfast. We had to pay much more money to eat at a restaurant for the 3 days we stayed there

Pros:

The tv didn’t work and safety lock broken, light under door and could hear loud talking in hallway late into night

Cons:

It would have been nice to not have to get more towels and trash never emptied we stayed three nights!

Roadtrip to Macinac - yAI Recommended Stopping Point
Pros:

Staff was apparently new and not real sure of procedures, but very friendly & accommodating. Good pricing and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast choices were limited but adequate.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too soft to my liking & breakfast could have offered a bit broader selection.

Disappointing at best.
Pros:

It was easy in and out on the highway.

Cons:

The staff was not helpful or even friendly. No elevator service at all. Breakfast was a joke. No amenities that would bring us back.
