観光拠点としては十分なホテル。
Pros:

宿泊当日ホテルの方から、部屋を景色の良い方の部屋に変更してくださいました。おかげで、みなとみらい側の景色も見え、電車の音も聞こえず、夜もぐっすり眠ることができました。駅や周辺観光地までも徒歩圏内でとても便利で良かったです。

期待をしすぎた　
Pros:

枕が心地良かった。

Cons:

ビールなどアルコール類の自販機がない。
朝食を食べる時、窓際の席に座ったが、ブラインドに埃が溜まっていた。誰かが指で埃をなぞった跡があったのでしばらく掃除をしていないようだった。
