Удобное расположение. Хороший завтрак. Подушки разной степени жёсткости на выбор, удобная кровать.

Pros:

フリードリンクにはビックリだし、とてもありがたかったです。
チェックイン時間前に受付したのですが部屋は使えると言ってもらえたので助かりました。
中華街まで歩いて行けるし立地もとてもよく選んで良かったです。

Cons:

3人で宿泊だったので、部屋を2部屋にしたのですが、一度に予約ができなかった為、階が違ったのですが、行き来がやりづらかったのが残念でした。
朝食ブッフェは美味しかったですが、種類が少なくサラダや野菜が少ないのも残念でした。ブッフェでプチトマトが無かったのは初めてでした。

駅や呑みに行くのに野毛も近くてとても快適でした。お部屋も清潔でゆっくり眠ることができて良かったです。
Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに伺ったのですが、このままチェックインできますよと言っていただき、部屋に荷物を置いてそのまま出かけることができたので大変助かりました。

Cons:

特にないです
ヘアアイロンの貸出があったらめっちゃ嬉しいです。

スタッフ皆様がとても親切でした。
皆様がしっかりご挨拶してくださるのがとても嬉しかったです。
お部屋もとても綺麗でした。

Cons:

特に思い当たりません。すこーし電車の音が聞こえますが、私は気になりませんでした。
上の階？の水道水も聞こえましたが、夜中などはそんなに気にならず。。
短い滞在だったからかもしれませんが、良かったです、全体的に☆

スタッフさんの気配りや対応力のおかげで快適な宿泊でした。
Pros:

清潔感のあるお部屋やアメニティ、シャンプー、リンスは思っていた以上に翌日の髪質がよくなった。
急な宿泊人数の変更を依頼してしまったが、快く対応してくださり、快適に宿泊できました。
