It was comfortable

I loved the two bedroom suite layout, each with its own bathroom. It made it very comfortable for the stay.

We stayed in a room with a jetted tub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good—eggs, toast, muffins, yogurt, fruit. We had great service and great conversation especially from Govinda the Food and Service Manager. The hot apple cider in the foyer and the free cookies were a nice touch. We stayed because we were working at the Operation Christmas Children (OCC) Shoebox processing centre. In talking with several employees they have filled and donated OCC shoeboxes this year.

I travel quite a bit and oh my, this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Now I have made it my permanent place of stay whenever I visit Toronto/Mississauga.

The rooms are spacious. Ambiance is amazing. The breakfast buffet is the best part. A variety of options which is kept there till people have eaten, not like some other hotels where they start closing it 10 mins early. The credit goes to the F & B Manager, Govinda. A thorough gentleman. Very kind, courteous, professional. He is there to greet each guest and makes them feel at home. An angelic human being and a wonderful host. He made me feel at home. Millions of thanks to Govinda.

The Manager of the hotel, Drucilla is a sweetheart. With a beautiful, warm smile she greets each guest. She is there to listen to every concern and goes a step beyond to make the guests feel at home. It really touched my heart when she is said, “you are like family, and we will make your stay very comfortable.” This is my home away from home. Excellent. A plus rating. Keep up the good work. Thank you Govinda and Drucilla.

Stayed here for a full week of meetings on business with colleagues. Great location with multiple choice of excellent nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Hotel is spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained rooms with a very good breakfast. Staff super friendly and proactive in reaching out to help make your stay better.
We had issues with another venue for our business meetings and Elizabeth in sales was terrific in helping make things work for us at short notice. Meeting rooms and service were exceptional.
In summary, I can’t recommend this hotel and staff highly enough. My four colleagues also thought exactly the same. Well done Homewood team. Thanks.

We had a great, relaxing stay at this hotel. The amenities were very good and clean. We commend the friendly staff, particularly Alma and Roger of the Breakfast staff. They were very friendly, kind and attentive to the needs of the customers. We also appreciate Peter Lewis, the General Manager. He was kind and hospitable.

My family stayed many hotels near Toronto Airport area (both East and West side) during our vacation in Toronto, the Homewood Suites Toronto Mississauga is one of best hotels in the airport area and meet our expectations. We were looking for the hotels with Free Parking, Indoor Pool and Complimentary breakfast, the hotel provided us all we need during our stay, the hotel has a large room with 2 windows, the indoor pool is very nice, breakfast is good, we will definitely consider to stay this hotel again for our future Toronto trips!

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff. Great amenities such as a small fitness center, indoor heated pool, and great buffet style breakfast. Stayed their last year and hope to in the future.
