Pros:

체크인 시간보다 조금 일찍 도착했는데도 프런트 직원분이 바로 확인해 주시고 친절하게 도와주셔서 시작부터 기분이 정말 좋았습니다. 안내문과 함께 필요한 정보를 하나하나 정확하게 설명해 주셔서 처음 방문하는 사람도 전혀 어렵지 않게 이용할 수 있었습니다.
또한 제가 예약한 객실보다 더 좋은 객실로 업그레이드까지 해주셔서 예상하지 못한 작은 선물을 받은 기분이었습니다. 객실에 들어가 보니 청결 상태도 매우 훌륭해서 정말 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다.
특히 가장 인상 깊었던 점은 직원분들의 친절함이었습니다. 응대가 매우 세심하고 따뜻해서 머무는 동안 기분 좋게 지낼 수 있었고, 덕분에 이번 숙박이 더욱 특별하게 느껴졌습니다.
다음에 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이라는 생각이 들 정도로 만족스러운 경험이며 지인들에게도 추천하고 싶습니다.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w okolicy liczne restauracje i bistro z pyszną kawą i słodkościami. Hotel czysty, pyszne śniadania i bardzo pomocny personel.

Dated US style with marvellous public facilities on ground level
Pros:

Hotel in NY style with huge emphasis on lobby and in-house restaurants which all look like 5 stars. Comfy bed. Easy access to rooms with a lot of privacy (front and back entrance).

Cons:

Floors hot and stuffy. Room A/C's temperature is centrally managed and smelled mouldy. Dated equipment. Not really soundproof.

Pros:

우선 위치가 좋았구요. 주말에 이용했는데 여의도가 오히려 주말이 조용해서 정말 좋았습니다. 방에서 한강뷰도 보였구요.

Cons:

중앙냉방이라 그 부분이 살짝 아쉬웠지만 저녁되니 딱 알맞았습니다.
