Beautiful pool and outdoor areas, but disappointing service that falls short of four-star expectatio

The swimming pool was absolutely lovely, and the outdoor areas were impeccable. Beautiful, well-maintained spaces that made our time by the pool genuinely enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive, and even basic gestures of hospitality were missing. Water was not offered, and we had to ask for it. We also had to request room cleaning, which should be a standard service at a four-star hotel. Breakfast was unremarkable and fell short of expectations.

Nice small hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel with a small pool. Friendly staff, got an upgrade to a bedroom with a big balcony facing the pool and with a very nice view.
