Pros:

Hôtel à l écart de la ville, très calme , parking gratuit à disposition devant l hôtel .
Personnel très sympathique faisant tout son possible pour donner les infos en français.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the location was ok. Close to bus, 5 km out of city

Cons:

My partner was disturbed by the smell and was unable to stay. We moved to a different hotel. The hotel Felmis was very gracious about it.

נקי מאוד.
נוח, הכל ממש כמו שצריך וכמו שבנאדם מצפה לקבל תמורת 120 דולר או כמה שזה היה. ישנתי מצויין, וללא הפרעה.
יש WiFi, הכל מתוקתק.
המזגן עובד טוב.
יחסית קרוב לתחנה המרכזית של הרכבות. 20 דקות באטובוס.
הקבלה היתה חמה וחברית.

Cons:

זה קומה 3 בבניין של 2 קומות, אז זאת עליית גג (attic), ואין מעלית לשם, אלא ברגל מקומה 2.
לא הצלחתי לשנות את המזגן לחום.

Pros:

Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und die Gespräche waren fast schon freundschaftlich. Das hat mir gut gefallen. Hatte ein Zimmer mit großen Türen zum Balkon, was mir gut gefallen hat.

We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again if in the area.
Pros:

We had a room with a view of Mt Pilatus. Standing at the bus stop waiting to go into Lucerne the view was also amazing. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. They have air conditioning!!

Cons:

It was a bit confusing about where to park but it turned out to be simple. The rooms are not as large but it was perfect for us. They have a small elevator but that didn’t create any issues.

Excellent accueil, situation (en dehors de Lucerne au calme dans un havre de paix, mais par le bus centre de Lucerne à 20 min), prestations (petit dej, repas, parking), personnel super sympa, je recommande !

Perfekt für Besuch in Luzern, besonders wenn man mit dem Auto kommt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel mit persönlichem Service. Gutes Restaurant, im Sommer auf der Terrasse. Großer privater kostenloser Parkplatz. Mit Gästekarte in 20 min kostenlos per Bus zur Innenstadt Luzern. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Besser geht's nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

wir können dieses Hotel und sein Personal (sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch) 100%ig weiterempfehlen

sehr gutes Frühstück, die Lage war für uns perfekt, da eher ruhig und ein Gratisparkplatz fürs Auto vorhanden, wir waren mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt vorm Hotel) in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von Luzern

Preis Leistungsverhältnis war mehr als in Ordnung, aber nicht günstig, was man in der Schweiz auch selten erwarten darf

The Hotel Felmis is a gem! The breakfast exceeded our expectations, the service upon check in and beyond was warm and friendly and although we didn’t have dinner there, it seemed popular both nights we stayed on property.
