The cleaners are getting loud while cleaning, shouting to each other across the rooms with all doors open causing noise.

Schon die Begrüßung war eine Freude. Wir kamen mit den Motorrädern an und quetschen uns vor dem Eingang zwischen Autos, um wenigstens Gepäck abzuladen, als schon der Portier Alex gelaufen kam und uns sofort den Weg zum hoteleigenen bewachten Parkplatz wies, wo wir die Motorräder kostenfrei an der Seite abstellen konnten. Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, schönes Bad. Auch ein großer Balkon war dabei, allerdings zur Straße, was es nachts schon etwas laut machte, selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett. Am Wochenende wird zu Stoßzeiten aber der Platz knapp. Tolles Personal. Man merkt, dass es ein gutes Team ist und mit Freude arbeitet.
Die Klimaanlage verbreitet sehr unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer und bedarf wohl dringend einer Überholung. Da es nicht mehr so warm war, war das kein Problem für uns. Die Tische und Stühle im Außenbereich sollten morgens abgewischt werden, da sie von der Seeluft kleben.

The reception staff treats hotel guests terribly! A huge thumbs-down to the blonde receptionist with glasses who was on the day shift on September 12th! Hotel management, please take action regarding her! She was incredibly rude to guests. We were checked into a different room type than the one we had paid for online a month in advance! The rooms we were given did not match the descriptions or photos. I had requested two adjacent rooms, but instead, we were put in rooms on different floors overlooking a dumpster—even though we had a child with us! I had noted in the booking that we were bringing a dog, but upon arrival, that receptionist with glasses refused to check us in! We had to beg tearfully to be let in because we had nowhere else to go! This hotel misleads anyone traveling with a pet! Please take action regarding the female receptionist wearing glasses!!!! She is incredibly rude!
