Beautiful setting, new feel
Staff was ok but not as welcoming as in similar priced resorts. Restaurant only served breakfast for one out of 2 days staying there. Breakfast is overpriced- massively.
Landscaping was beautiful. The car valet and transportation staff were wonderful.
Room was dated and worn for the price charged. Gym was dated and no mats. Cleaning staff left used coffee mugs by our door for two days and never replaced with clean mugs.
The property is absolutely beautiful, pool area is really neat. The restaurant and the whole property was decorated very nicely. All the staff we encountered were super nice and friendly!
I feel like the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, needs some updating. Some of the furniture was broken and worn, the lamps had seen better days and kept tipping over because they were a bit wobbly, the room was stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. I feel like the price was a little high for the state of the rooms.
Room was large. Big tub, bathroom.
Missing robes. Coffee maker issues. Parking a mess due to weddings. Staff not super friendly.
Room was lovely, quiet, clean.
Porches are so close together. I recommend putting an outdoor shade on each side of the porch that can be raised or lowered
Myrth was my therapist and it was an unbelievable 80 min deep tissue massage.
I have had many massages over my 64 years and she is up there with my top 3 massages.
Very intuitive human!
Winter Bear was very helpful at the desk. Clear and concise and friendly
We checked in to a lovely room with comfortable bed but it’s a long walk to some of the rooms with luggage especially in the rain. There was no lamp on one side of the bed, no plug ins of any kind for phones near the bed and the shower was not nearly hot enough. I expected more for the price.
Beautiful location. Beautiful setting the room in the landscaping were exceptional. The staff was equally exceptional. Friendly and professional.
I loved my experience at the living spa that I went twice! Lena helped my schedule my services/appointments and Karine was my masseuse both times. She made me feel comfortable, asked what was important to me and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!
Large area
Very very dated
Lack room lights
Very dark
Beautiful property!
Bed was fantastic, ordered dinner and they did accommodate my gluten free request but very pricy for what I got. Pet friendly.
Printed information about the property was very vague, not much information available about the free shuttle they offer,no hours posted for the spa, and they had a "Gala" during my stay right out and under "my peaceful" room very noisy for both days during set-up and the event. Always ask if there is something going on because if your going for peace and tranquility that might not be what you get.
Beautiful outdoor landscaping and enjoyed the music throughout. The bathroom was a nice size.
The toilet was running and unfortunately soumds like that keep me awake, turning off the water behind the toilwt did not help, it kept me up half during the night. I told Angelica at reception in the morning about 10am. When we came back that night the toilet was never fixed and it kept me up again that night. When we were checking g out she really didn’t accept any responsibility and admishe did not follow through to see if it was fixed or ask anyone else to when she left. Only after I asked her name did she take about $38. Off our room and apologize. She said she would ask her manager to take off another $38 for the second night fee but she did not follow up again with me and let me know if that was approved.
