The grounds were well-kept and beautiful for a stroll and the room was spacious and well lit, with a decently sized shower and really attentive valet and luggage service for guests.
The map of the grounds could be improved to be easier to understand, housekeeping could also pay closer attention to the sheets to ensure no staining as we found during our stay, and areas where dogs are not allowed to poop should be monitored more closely to ensure that is enforced.
The grounds are beautiful. Dining room lovely. Nice room with balcony.
Pool unavailable due to mechanical problem.
Beautiful room and grounds. Staff were outstanding in courtesy, respect, and attentiveness. We had a couple of meals via room service and the food was excellent.
It was clean, large rooms and great staff
Nothing
Hot tub not working correctly
TV required manual interaction turn turn on/off or raise/lower volume... It was only on for a half hour, but not what you'd expect at a resort of this calibre.
The inn is about a quarter mile to the old historic section of Taos. It’s very walkable. The rooms are a nice size and ours had a great balcony. The grounds have some beautiful trees, a pond and flowers. A great bar is close to check-in. Most of the staff was friendly. I loved the fire pit in the courtyard.
The grounds needed mowed. There was a large dog that barked most of the afternoon. The pool was down during our stay for maintenance. When I complained about the resort fee, they took it off the bill since there really weren’t any other amenities. When I checked in on Sunday no one was in the lobby to greet me. Signage to the reception area was non existent. Once I found someone to check me in she wasn’t very friendly. However the next day, Amy at the desk was terrific and gave us ample ideas of what to do in the area. The woman at the desk today at check out was also very friendly.
Nothing. SPA was closed.
SPA closed nd they did not notify us abead of time.
