Bonne expérience dans cet établissement
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le personnel qui était vraiment à l’écoute
Une spéciale attention à Oussama qui est vraiment Top dans ces fonctions

Cons:

Le côté rue est quand même assez bruyant, mais par contre ce qui est très désagréable, c’est la douche qui est vitrée tout simplement dans la chambre, il n’y a aucune intimité. C’est bien dommage.

Cons:

L’aspirateur n’est pas passé, beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre. Les salles de bain manquent d’intimité.

Pleasant confortable worth of a 4 star hotel. This is NOT 5 star quality hotel though it claims to be.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the AC worked very well. We had a some room service and the food was good

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok and the staff didn’t have such a good attitude except the front desk. Front desk team were wonderful. They also made a mistake in charging me and ended up needing to take more that should never be the case with a hotel rated so high
