There was a woman who works on reception she was very rude and speaks to people like she thinks she is better than them
The poor service overshadowed any good qualities about the hotel.
We booked two nights at Barcelo Anfa months in advanced, and upon arrival we were told they did not have a room for us to stay in the first night. They sent us to another hotel which was sub par. We made it late to our dinner reservations due to the set back of time. The manager did not comp nor discount the second nights stay. It was such a disappointment. I will not be booking there again upon my return to Casablanca.
L’hôtel est moderne et bien décoré, avec des espaces communs agréables. Le personnel est globalement accueillant marouan et l’emplacement est pratique pour un court séjour à Casablanca.

Locatie is slecht. Veel junkies. Te ver van het strand terwijl er aangegeven wordt dat je een premium sea view hebt.

Rien à redire, peut être un manque de transat a la piscine du à la capacitée hôtelière et la location de la piscine à des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel
Un séjour irréprochable
Tout était impeccable : les services proposés, la qualité des prestations, la propreté des lieux, sans oublier le confort et le cadre, à la fois agréable et serein. J’avais oublié mon téléphone sur la terrasse ; un serveur l’a retrouvé et l’a immédiatement déposé à la réception, un vrai gage de professionnalisme et d’honnêteté. Mention spéciale aussi pour la qualité du service pressing, au top. Une expérience que je recommande sans hésiter.
