Nothing other than the people in the reception , when I told them I can’t stay in the hotel because hotel was very hot and there was general maintenance cause strong smell of paint etc,,,,
They have a greed to that and told me we are not going to charge you any thing , they also refunded the taxes etc

There was nothing mentioned about renovation / maintenance ( transparency from hotel and booking . Com was totally missing / misleading

Das Personal war sehr professionell und höflich.
Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und Getränken. Wir konnten es problemlos dazubuchen.
Das Zimmer entsprach genau den angegebenen Bildern. Es war sehr sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Das Hotel hat zudem einen Spa, Gym und Pool Bereich.
Excellent séjour, un vrai 5 étoiles où l’on se sent chouchouté ! Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très réactif, du voiturier à la réception, en passant par le personnel de ménage et de la piscine.
La chambre était confortable et très propre.
Petit-déjeuner excellent et très varié, sucré comme salé. Le service est particulièrement agréable : on nous propose régulièrement du thé ou du café, toujours avec le sourire et sans jamais nous presser.
La piscine est propre et très bien entretenue. Le personnel est attentif, installe les serviettes sur les transats et remet rapidement les espaces en ordre après le départ des clients.
Pour avoir séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels 5 étoiles, celui-ci se distingue vraiment par la qualité de son service : on prend soin de vous partout et à chaque instant.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
Petit point à améliorer : certains rideaux étaient décrochés, ce qui laissait passer un peu de lumière. Si votre chambre donne côté ville, sachez que l’hôtel se situe sur une grande avenue assez passante. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, je vous conseille de demander une chambre côté piscine, qui sera plus calme.
