Pros:

recently stayed 2 nights at the Barcelo Anfa Casablanca Hotel. The hotel is centrally located with a contemporary modern decor. The staff are very welcoming. To my surprise when I landed in Casablanca I had already received a message from the Guest Experience Manager welcoming me to Casablanca. At check-in, without asking, I was upgraded to a room on the 12th floor with the most amazing view of the Hassan II Mosque. The room was very clean, the sheets and towels new. The bed was so comfortable- I slept like a baby! Sadly, it was only a short stay, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience all of Barcelo's services and facilities, but I will definitely be back. If you are planning to travel to Casablanca, I recommend you stay at Barcelo Anfa Casablanca. You will not be disappointed.

Barcelo Anfa was such a disappointment.
Pros:

The poor service overshadowed any good qualities about the hotel.

Cons:

We booked two nights at Barcelo Anfa months in advanced, and upon arrival we were told they did not have a room for us to stay in the first night. They sent us to another hotel which was sub par. We made it late to our dinner reservations due to the set back of time. The manager did not comp nor discount the second nights stay. It was such a disappointment. I will not be booking there again upon my return to Casablanca.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la Médina et proche de la grande Mosquée Hassan II
