Got food poisoning due to their breakfast buffet. Terrible experience with the food there. They should look at their hygiene standards.

Do not depend on the Free Wi-Fi from hotel.

Pros:
* Clean property
* Round the clock room service
* Nice restaurants
* Great staff. I can't thank the staff enough

Cons:
* The Wi-Fi is terrible. You have to get a password every 12 hours or so. It keeps expiring in the most inopportune of moments. You get about 1.5mbps down and 0.6mbps uplink. You can't really do video conference or Netflix on this connection.
* It's noisy in the night. You hear cars trying to back up and what sounded like 100 dogs fighting multiple times every night

the staff was not able to confirm that I left the hotel earlier than planned (discussed unnecessary). Wifi code was not valid during the stay as I had to ask the code every day. My room was alway smelling after cigarette very intense. It was very loud every evening / early morning music (Dhol). It wasn't pleasant during the stay.

Nice hotel .
Pros:

My guest stayed at hotel. They were very happy. However there were confusion about the reservation as Expedia did not inform the hotel about the booking. However after intervention of higher management the problem was resolved.
