This is a clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent position.
Pros:

The top floor room was spotless and from its position at the front of the hotel had a lovely view along the promenade with the sound of the sea at night. Inside, the hotel was very quiet with no noise travelling from other rooms. The breakfast offered lots of choice.

Cons:

This is an old building with wonky floors, which also means the furniture, including the bed, is on a slant in places.

THE TRANSPORT IN THE I.O.M IS JUST GREAT SO EASY TO USE HOP ON AND OFF WITH A CARD TRAINS AND BUS
Pros:

ALL MEALS WERE OK ROOM NICE AND BIG AND ALL STAFF WERE JUST WERE WONDERFUL

Cons:

WE WERE OK FOR THE FIRST THREE DAYS, THEN YOU HAD 3 COACHES BOOKING IN WHICH DID GIVE US A BIT OF A PROBLEM WITH THE LIFT AS VERY SMALL. AS WE CAN NOT DO STAIRS AS WE HAVE MOBILITY PROBLEMS AND THE STEPS TO COME INTO THE HOTEL CAUSE US MAJOR PROBLEMS AS WE USE WALKERS WHEN OUT AND ABOUT

ANOTHER PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE BATH HAVING TO GET INTO IT TO HAVE A SHOWER AS YOUR HAND RAIL IS TO LOW IT WAS A GOOD JOB WE HAD A STICK ON HAND RAIL TO PUT HIGHER WITH OUT IT WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HAVE A SHOWER IF AND WHEN I BOOK WE MUST MAKE SURE I'S HAS A WALK IN SHOWER.

This was my second stay at the Hotel and I am already planning a further visit in a couple of weeks
Pros:

Everything! Hotel great, comfy rooms that were nice and clean, amazing breakfast and staff friendly.

Cons:

If I wanted to be picky, I would say there were a lot of narrow corridors, whilst the signage and room numbering was a tad confusing.
