Good holiday great breakfast each day.
Pros:

Staff excellent well looked after

Cons:

The step steps outside but we managed each day, As disabled but managed doing it slowly and safely. Mattress needs atension.

Great Hotel, Go stay there!
Pros:

Once again, everything went well. This was my fourth stay and there hasn't been anything to complain about in all that time. Location great, staff great, rooms great, cleanliness great, and breakfast fantastic Located right on the front of Douglas Bay and lots to see and do. Transport links great also. If you haven't been to the IOM before then go and visit. Lots to see and do and the people are lovely.

Cons:

If I had to be picky I could mention the very small lift and the numerous narrow corridors. The signage could perhaps be better also. Also, the higher up the building you go, the warmer the rooms tend to get. Gets very warm particularly in the current heatwave conditions. None of these would ever put me off though, just a few polite observations regarding my stays.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, clean hotel throughout which has been refurbished to a good standard.
The buffet breakfast was well cooked and plentiful with a wide selection.
The room was cleaned each day and tea/coffee/milk replenished
The free left luggage facility was handy on the last day after checkout

Cons:

Due to the heatwave we slept with the windows open. What I presume to be the kitchen extractor switched on at 6am and was loud but didn't stop us going back to sleep. It's an old building and the only lift is the size of a double wardrobe. This didn't matter to us but may possibly mean a lengthy wait at busy times

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Had a really great time here. All the staff we came into contact with were brilliant. Room was lovely, bathroom was excellent, very modern. Beds were comfortable. It was exceptionally hot but we were provided with a fan. Breakfast was brilliant.

Cons:

Drinks in the bar were expensive.
