Loved everything from arrival to departure, brilliant hotel!
Pros:

Have been before and great buffet breakfast. This time a little quieter and a made to order breakfast of the highest quality was on offer. Were even asked how many eggs we wanted. Absolutely brilliant. The staff were fantastic both times, the rooms were lovely and we will definitely be back very soon!

Cons:

Was very happy with everything, except weak internet.

Had a lovely stay and would stay again .
Pros:

The food, entertainment and location was great. Staff were extremely helpful. Bed was very uncomfortable but we mentioned it to reception and another mattress was put on bed

Cons:

No electric sockets by bed and mattress was hard but mattress was sorted.

A relaxing stay in Blackpool
Pros:

I had a small, single room overlooking the sea and it was perfect for me! I watched the tide come in and out which I loved. I had dinner at the restaurant which was very good and breakfast which was also good. The hotel is a little away from the crazy part of Blackpool which suited me, but the tram stops right outside so you can get there in less than 10m mins.

Nothing!

Fabulous room staff very polite and professional hotel couldn’t be any nicer definite value for money breakfast was fab and the location is excellent very near the tram stop into town
