The room and bathroom was disgusting will not be returning there any time soon I suppose I won't get any money back or get a free room when I book again at another hotel somewhere in USA or UK 😒

Very unprofessional and the AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT should be contacted for the broke elevator for over 2 months. Both

The staff was short and had no solution to the elevators being out of order. I. Was unable to stay due to my hip replacement surgery and I was still charged. I won’t stY there again.

The elevator has been broken for tat least wo weeks and the tub in my bathroom was gross.

Cons:

I got a text prior to arriving telling me my cc was declined. I knew that it wasn’t because I saw the charge on my account. I called the hotel and girl who answered just said Hello like it was her house phone. I waited for her recognize it was business Iine but she never did. I said I got a text about my cc being declined…she said, oh that was a mistake. It felt like a scam of some kind. Very sketchy and unprofessional.
