Cons:

チェックインした際の対応がとても残念でした。駐車場、駐車券の説明がなく、翌日、出庫の際5000円代の駐車料金を支払う事になりました。
現在調査中とのことでホテルからの連絡待ちとなっております。気持ちよく帰れず残念でした。

Cons:

次に神戸に行くことがあったら利用したいです。お値段上げないで下さいね！
Pros:

部屋がゆったり広く、風呂場も広くて良い。静かだった。寝心地のよいベッド。室温は適度だった。室内は臭いもなく清潔にされている。スタッフの対応力は良好で手抜き感なし。利便性が良く、周辺よりも価格がお手頃。

Cons:

シャワーから水を出すとぎーぎーと音がして騒々しかった。水量や温度の調節には影響なかったが。廊下は空気がこもっている感じがしたので、ときどきは換気はした方がいいかも。
