Convenient, friendly, but tired.
Pros:

Very conveniently located. Staff genuinely tries to be very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel, and especially my room, while clean, is very tired. Feels like you’re in a motel six 120 miles outside of Omaha. Was very surprised to find this level of quality in Japan. It is clean, and very convenient, but set expectations experience in terms of the accoutrement

Pros:

施設の設備は古いですが、バスタブが大きく浴室とトイレが別。

Cons:

ビュッフェ式の朝食でしたが、各トレー内に食べ物が補充されておらず、こちらから声をかけて補充され、気持ちよく食べる事が出来なかった。ベッド横のスタンド照明の調整スイッチが壊れていた。

Ménage non fait moquette sale
Salle de bain avec de la moisissure
Tapisserie décoller et arracher à certains endroits
Isolation zéro on entendait le métro et tous nos voisins ainsi que leur télé.
Matelas sale et non confortable
Personnel non souriant et qui disent même pas bonjour ni au revoir!
Et pour finir plusieurs moustiques qui nous on piqué toute la nuit

IKEA神戸徒歩圏内！
Pros:

立地がよい。最寄り駅まで徒歩5分程度。空港までポートライナーで10分。何よりIKEA神戸まで、徒歩で行ける！

残念
Cons:

部屋に虫がかなりいた。
フロントへ対応依頼をして、殺虫剤を持ってきてくれたのはよかったが、帰りに再度虫の話をしたらめんどくさそうに答えてた。
空調が効いていなかった。

Good sized room and very comfortable bed
Pros:

Being slightly away from the city on port island was really nice, but also only being 10 minutes away from mainland Kobe was very useful, the bed was very comfortable and room was kept at a lovely temperature.
