It's good for the price
Pros:

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out are really easy. I like that the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. I booked it for a conference so I wasn't staying for long. The location is convenient. It's just about 3 minutes walk to the portliner terminal and there's also a Lawson nearby.

Cons:

The room and building itself are very old. My bathtub's drain is leaking a little bit so my bath time was sort of timed 😅 The soundproofing was also not very good as I can sometimes hear people talking outside. It's understandable for the price though. In my opinion it's a good hotel in its price range.

また神戸近辺に伺う際は、利用したいと感じました。
Pros:

とても広く快適でした。スタッフさんにも丁寧に対応して頂きました。フロントのお酒試飲コーナーなど、サービスも充実していました。

Cons:

記憶違いならすみません、部屋が大変広くて快適な分、箱ティッシュについて、取りに移動するのが大変な面もありまして、机側、ベッド側に1つずつ置いてあると、より助かると感じた記憶があります。

また泊まりたいとは思わないが、朝食も美味しく、トータルでの満足度は高く良いホテルだった。
Pros:

有料だが朝食が美味しい。お風呂が広い。日本酒のウェルカムドリンクがある。

Cons:

昭和な施設。ホラー映画を見ると怖くなりそうな感じ。

チェックインした際の対応がとても残念でした。駐車場、駐車券の説明がなく、翌日、出庫の際5000円代の駐車料金を支払う事になりました。
現在調査中とのことでホテルからの連絡待ちとなっております。気持ちよく帰れず残念でした。
