Great hotel
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful, decor was lovely, really comfy beds, the bar was buzzing, really central location. After having a lovely, freshly cooked Full Irish, I went to pay for the breakfast at checkout and I was told they had taken care of it for me. I thought that was a really nice touch.

Brilliant location and facilities and super friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

This place was an absolute find. Three of us went for a few days R&R and to see a concert at 3Arena. The location is brilliant - you are steps from everywhere. We stayed in one of their apartments which gave us the freedom to cook if we wanted (we didnt - Hairy Lemon over the road and the restaurant at the hotel itself is great). The beds were so comfy. The apartment was super clean and everything worked as it should. Good shower too. But overall the best thing were the staff. They were super friendly, full of great tips and directions to things and nothing was too much trouble. I'd definitely go back there.

Greta customer service and amazing central location!
Pros:

Staff were super lovely and very accommodating with helping store our bags etc. They did a lot of extra things such as filling up our water. Thank you
