The establishment provides 1 pool towel per guest at reception. It is necessary to leave a deposit of 10€ for each towel. In line with our actions to help the environment, we will change towels once a week. For each additional towel change, you will have to pay 1€ per towel at the reception.

Starters, salads and desserts are served buffet-style, whilst the main course is prepared to order at the show cooking station, with a wide variety to choose from. Great location, book only sea view rooms, rooms need refurb

Rooms outdated. Don’t make it on booking they have a rooms in property in a different building on the other side of the road

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, was etwas laut war und konnten problemlos gegen etwas Aufgeld auf eine sehr schöne Suite direkt am Meer umbuchen.
Die unterschiedlichen Pools und die Lage direkt am Meer mit Meerzugang.

Great location, great food and great view
Pros:

Great location, breakfast and dinner that was included were great!

Cons:

Parking space was limited, if u want to park in the hotel it is €20 per night.

Bra läge. Spännande med alla trappor. Jättefin strand bara någon minuts promenad. Klarblått vatten. Väldigt trevlig personal. Buffén på kvällen var jättebra!

Cons:

Vi hade rum med delvis havsutsikt men man såg också grannhotellets skräpgård.

Fantastic stay! Totally exceeded my expectations in every way, would definitely return.
Pros:

Beautiful quiet location. Lovely restaurants. Food at evening buffet and breakfast was amazing! À la Carte food was also great- prawns were delicious. Service was excellent at all times. Plenty of sunbeds. Bus stop right outside, buses every 20 mins onto Palma. Excellent value for money. Beach 5 mins walk away. Would 100% return here.

Cons:

Pillows were quite hard. Steps down to pool area could do with a hand rail, but I’m being picky.

Hôtel bien situé mais attention dans quel bâtiment vous êtes logés (ok peut passer du 4 au 3 étoiles)

Le lieu (calme) l’accueil à la réception , le petit déjeuner copieux , la proximité du bus et de la supérette , la proximité de la plage et des restaurants autour …
L’hôtel est composé de plusieurs bâtiments (moderne et ancien) donc les avis changent selon le bâtiment …

Cons:

Chambre propre mais très vieillotte (dans l’ancien bâtiment) sans aucune prestation digne d’un 4 étoiles (ex pas d’étagère pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bains , pas de Kleenex, ampoules manquantes sur la lampes ,odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain , propreté des tapis dans les espaces communs, très mal insonorisé (bruit de l’ascenseur , les portes qui claquent …)
L’hôtel est composé de plusieurs bâtiments et nous étions dans doute dans le plus ancien qui était charmant mais mérite un bon coup de refresh car il n’est malheureusement pas digne d’4etoiles pour l’instant …

Un hôtel magnifique avec une superbe vue et beaucoup de végétation.

Cons:

C’est dommage que ça soit des lits une place collés et pas de deux places. Également un problème avec certains employés de l’hôtel (pas tous) qui parfois pouvaient se montrer très désagréables. Mais les autres rattrapent le coup !

A wonderful stay at the Roc
Pros:

This is a stunningly located hotel with sea views from all terraces, of which there are a number as it is built on 4 levels. Immaculately clean rooms are well equipped, spacious and with very comfortable beds and excellent walk in showers. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly, there when you need but unobtrusive at other times. Champagne flows! On arrival, at breakfast and by the glass or bottle from the variety of bars. The cocktails also demand serious attention!

Cons:

We went expecting to dress smartly in the evening but some guests looked very scruffy which we felt was disrespectful. Shorts and trainers are not acceptable at dinner in this level of hotel.
