It was necessary to stay while my husband had emergency surgery
Pros:

The Premier Gift Box left in our warm Refrigerator was a nice touch & greatly appreciated. :-)))

Cons:

Heavy doors into registering; language barrier & not clearly able to understand - him or me; refrigerator was unplugged so unable to keep cold stuff cold; light over left side of bed burnt out ; telephone cord would not stay connected to makes calls nor contact w/ Front Desk; main floor ice chest next to Registration was broken so we had to go to opposite end - where our rm was but had to climb to 3rd floor to get ice; loud people fussing & cussing N standing around our rm outside & smoking pot; no recycle deposit available;

Wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Outdated, needs work, fire alarm went off in middle of night, bugs in room, no staff in lobby when needed to get my deposit back and checkout so had to walk around looking for someone. But good people nice people not a bad price amazing location.

Cons:

Not very clean and outdated no soap nothing I needed was available broken vending machines
