Our 2 bed selection was DOUBLE BOOKED, so we ended up with 1 bed. Was told they had 6 double bookings!
Drawers were broken and dirty inside, TV did not work, phone to call office didn't work, iron leaked water and stained fabric, could feel the springs in the bed, would not provide another blanket upon request.
Front desk were nice people.
Elevator did not work. Had to walk up 3 floors with heavy luggage.
The bathroom had roaches on the toilet seat, crawling on the tub. One was dead inside of the toilet bowl. There were also a few dead roaches near the refrigerator. I have a video, but I do not think it’s allowing me to upload it.
I did not like the fact that I paid $126 for taxes and a $100 deposit to stay there and they were roaches in the hotel
There was roaches and stink bugs everywhere . I was there for eight days did not did get no housekeeping services

Location is very nice, convenient to restaurants and attractions, easy access to major highways. I requested the 2nd floor mainly for the view and to have curtains open for light. Room size was small but OK for short stay.
Facility in need of maintenance and updates. Access to my room was through a stairway that was dark and dingy. This was a concern because around the facility we noticed individuals and families that seemed to be hanging around the facility, rooms, in the passageway to the rooms, parking areas and play grounds.
I informed the staff member that checked us in about my concerns and asked if another room was available. I was told the hotel was sold out, completely full. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the room. I decided to keep the room.
The king size bed mattress in room 220 was crushed on one side. When I sat on it my wife said I almost disappeared! I was able to sleep OK as long as I stayed towards the middle of the bed.
We stayed for 2 nights and encountered 2 roaches, 1 small, the other medium. Although we originally planned to stay for 4 nights we only stayed for 2 nights.
This was my second time staying at this particular hotel, the last time was about 4 years ago. We had some concerns about the property condition at that time but did not write a review.
I would not likely consider this particular hotel to stay anytime in the future. Although I would consider Red Roof Plus in other locations.
Room was decent
Cleaning could have been a little better (looked like dead bugs behind bathroom door & light over sink needs a new bulb).
The staff….very friendly and helpful.
It was run down. The room floor was dirty and the sink did not have cold water.
It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and yet the room that was given smells completely like cigarette. Even their towels smell like cigarette and to top it off I woke up to seeing roaches in the bathroom. Never again!
Nothing. Do not rent at this hotel.
Property looked bad overgrown and squatters all over. Tv had like 5 channels and I was supposed have a handicap room and couldnt get around the room. The cockroaches sealed jt for me when I turned on the lights at night. Checked out next morning and still trying to get my refund becauae booking says theh cant get a hold of the property becauae no one ever answers the front desk.
