La cercanía con la playa,el Loro Parque (10 minutos caminando aproximadamente),supermercado etc... todo el personal muy amable. Parada de taxi y estación de guagua cerca...

Quiet place, no rush or quiue for the breakfast or other meals, Friendly workers. Rooms service is available everyday 😊

I really wanted to like the Noelia - and in many ways I did - but it's the level of noise in the rooms that would stop me staying here again.

Having read the reviews, I emailed in advance to ask for a room on the quieter side of the hotel, and received a very prompt and friendly reply letting me know if they would endeavour to do this. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleased to see that my request had been granted. Unfortunately, the noise problem went beyond just the sports centre; sounds carried so clearly through from the rooms above and either side that if I’d been able to speak German, I could have followed entire conversations and TV programmes.

There were lots of positives however:
* All the staff are so friendly and welcoming I felt very comfortable there.
* The beds are super comfortable
* There are many full length and large mirrors in the rooms
* There was a coffee maker in the room
* Water pressure is excellent and hot water is plentiful
* There are recycling stations for guests to use
* Cleaners came twice in my 5 night stay

There are also a few negatives:
* There’s no long hanging space for dresses etc
* The aircon is good (and included) but blows directly onto the bed which I couldn’t tolerate so had to turn it off at night
* A toaster was listed but there wasn’t one
* One of the kitchen outlets didn’t work
* One cupboard door had a broken hinge, and the door to the bathroom didn’t close easily
* I agree there really should be a snack bar at the pool. I don’t know why they haven’t done that. But there is at least a vending machine

In summary, I had an ok time. My experience was greatly enhanced by the attitude of the staff, who should be commended. The hotel itself desperately needs some attention, and ultimately, the thin walls were just too much of a problem for me.

Location was decent. It was very convenient having a mini-supermarket as part of the hotel premises.
It was a standard "Value for money" hotel.

Nice hotel if a bit dated , especially the bedrooms,rooms were cleaned daily.staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful, food hit and miss, just wanted to have meat and cheese with a salad on a dinner time not breakfast, and more than fish, chicken and pork. Pool area needs improving also , but the staff make up for everything negatives about the hotel, would I return yes.
