Pros:

La camera che avevo prenotato non era disponibile, quindi mi hanno fatto l'upgrade a quella familiare: immensa e bellissima, con due letti matrimoniali.
Tutto pulitissimo, ottimi servizi e fantastica colazione.
Veramente raccomandato.

Excellent location clean room comfortable bed.
Pros:

Very comfortable king size bed in a decent size room for 2 people.

Cons:

The shower drainage was very slow at times which was looked at promptly but still not great.

Overall is a wonderful stay
Pros:

Location attached to the mall is great when it’s raining. The staff at check in and concierge were very friendly and well mannered. My family room is very big.

Cons:

The toilet needs an upgrade. The hotel can be newer .

Wonderful stay!! Convenient in Sha Tin. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Convenience to Sha Tin Plaza. It’s a very nice and clean modern hotel. Professional and nice staff.

Cons:

Air feels stuffy without AC on. Ventilation and humidifiers. 3rd floor hallway and lobby sometimes feels like there’s too much perfume.

Good location. Walkable to shopping mall and many restaurants. Close to train and bus stations

A Wonderful Family Stay!
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on 10 May (which happened to be Mother’s Day) , booking four rooms for a family occasion, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
A huge thank you to Miss Rody at the front desk. She made our check-in incredibly smooth and helped us sort out a bit of a situation we had with no fuss at all. Her professionalism and kind attitude really made a difference.
My parents were especially happy with the stay, which means a lot to me. The rooms were very cozy, comfortable and well-maintained. Everyone had a great night's rest.
I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks again to the team for looking after us!

good hotel near shops and helpful Englsih speaking staff
Pros:

location was good, Winnie the assistant manager spoke English and was very helpful, even organised a shower chair for my wife with sore back.

Cons:

nothing to complain about but would have been nice to have plate, fork spoon and fruit knife in room

Excellent and clean. Smells lovely in the hotel too!
Pros:

Convenient location as it’s right in New Town Plaza, Shatin.
Buses and MTR accessible.

Cons:

No complaints really but did notice that this year that bottles of water were not provided in the rooms anymore.
