Highly recommend. Great connectivity for bus and MTR, connected to malls, excellent service.
Pros:

Exceptional location with exceeding array of facilities around the hotel. Connected to the MTR, and two phases of shopping malls. A laundromat is available nearby as well. Rooms are very spacious, can fit a small family comfortably. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. There are great eateries around the area, including humble HK coffee shops. There are outdoor parks nearby as well, that are connected by the shopping malls. They are open till night time and are very safe and a great way to end the night. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a good connection between the New Territories and Kowloon/HK area.

Cons:

I cant say I disliked anything at all about this place. I was very satisfied with the service and the hotel overall.

Its location is highly convenient, situated next to a large shopping center with a wide selection of retail stores, cafés, and restaurants. Clean rooms, great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Modern hotel in a great location, the hotel is connected to a large shopping plaza/MTR tube station via a bridge connection on the 3rd floor, providing easy access to restaurants, retail and other areas in Hong Kong with a direct train line to the Hong Kong/China port/border.

The room was spacious, quiet and very clean. Numerous standard plugs and USB/USB-C ports available bedside/tables.

All staff I interacted with were polite and friendly.

Very enjoyable stay and the location was excellent
Pros:

Nice, spacious room and excellent location. The hotel is next to a river, a park, shopping malls and metro. Easy to reach from airport by bus which stops right outside the premises. On leaving, big shout out to the concierge with glasses who took our luggage right up to the bus stop and even checked the timetable for us! The views from the bus on the way back to the airport were spectacular. Nice gym and pool facilities as well.

Cons:

24/7 gym would be preferable
