Great study tour in HK!

A huge thank you to the team at Royal Park Hotel Sha Tin for hosting our group of 10 physiotherapy students and 2 staff from Western Sydney University. The hospitality was warm, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful arrangements and the convenient location. Great location and very good service from hotel team
Pros:

Modern, clean and welcoming. Our Room was very spacious with good amenities. The public areas are never too busy and always so clean. The elevators provided a good service and the water machine on each floor was very useful. The location of hotel was very convenient for transportation links, lots of shops and eateries within walking distance.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could be a bit better. The toaster does not function properly as you get warm bread.. not toast. The cereals were not good quality and tasted stale, maybe should have individual boxes on offer? And the coffee machines was not always both functional.

Onze douche ruimte rook naar sigarettenrook met als de handdoeken. Gemeld , daarna is er wel actie ondernomen de volgende dag , maar de daarop volgende middag rook ik weer een sigaretten lucht wel iets minder sterk

Nice hotel a little out of main Kowloon and Hong Kong island but easy to access.
Pros:

Access to train station and shopping centre underneath the hotel. Good breakfast. Great housekeeping staff.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t open enough. Every afternoon it closes for 45mins twice. This seems a little excessive. We weren’t even allowed to sit beside the pool when it was being cleaned! It also closes too early in the evening. Hong Kong is very hot and cooling off in the pool later in the evening would be nice.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. It was really clean and super convenient to get to the MTR station. I would highly recommend it.
