Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven, ook in de toekomst.
Pros:

Kwaliteit was hoogwaardig, vandaar de 5 sterren. Housekeeping was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam als je een verzoek hebt. Ook gratis watertappunt (koud/heet) in de gang op je eigen verdieping was erg fijn. Er is een zwembad/fitnessruimte aanwezig. Locatie prettig, is naast een groot winkelcentrum/plaza en het station. Ontbijt heb ik vooraf niet gekozen aangezien je in het winkelcentrum overal goedkoper en gevarieerender kunt eten.

Great hotel. Big room nice location. The pool and the gym are convenient.
Pros:

The access to the hotel from the Sha Tin station is very convenient. Big and very clean room. Staff very friendly and professional. Nice pool open all along the day as well as the gym that is well equipped.

fijn centraal gelegen hotel, boven een shoppingmall en openbaarvervoer-hub
Pros:

personeel was zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, bij inchecken en na uitchecken bij tijdelijk stallen van koffers. De locatie is fantastisch. Boven een shoppingmall en openbaarvervoer-hub, centraal gelegen. Kamer was ook redelijk groot voor HK-begrippen.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is super convenient with connecting bridge linking New Town Plaza shopping mall, where MTR station is located inside the mall. Great service and value for money! An exceptional stay and a hotel we would happily return to without hesitation.

附近的酒店不算多，出差圖方便選擇還是可以，交通方便。

不知道為何是五星，整體勉強四星，早餐特別敷衍不好吃，簡單可以，但誠意要到（口味一言難盡）最不解的是後廚人員每天到餐廳晃悠，並到我正在用餐的桌上拿牙籤自行用，穿著背心+長雨靴，感觀真的不好！

Perfect location, return customer every trip to HK!
Pros:

I've stayed at Royal Park many times over the years and always come back. The location is perfect. A41 and A46 buses right outside that connect directly to the airport, and you do not need to walk outside at all during heavy rain as the hotel connects directly to New Town Plaza which also connects to multiple other malls, as well as the Shatin MTR train station. Staff were great as always. Shout out to check in staff Roy and porter Hassan for providing excellent service. I didn't use the pool this time but I like that the pool is half in the shade and half in the sun. Super amazing setup you can swim back and forth in.

Cons:

There is a musky overall smell in every room I've stayed in that's from the AC system. My dad couldn't handle it and never returned. My mom and I will brave the smell since we're not staying for long each time, but I'm just hoping that it's not a mold or serious issue.

Great study tour in HK!
Pros:

A huge thank you to the team at Royal Park Hotel Sha Tin for hosting our group of 10 physiotherapy students and 2 staff from Western Sydney University. The hospitality was warm, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful arrangements and the convenient location. Highly recommended for any academic or professional groups visiting Hong Kong!
