Giod location and easy to commute to Island, Kowloon or to China only 20 mins from airport via the new tunnel link.
Perhaps needs a residents bar
It is within a stone’s throw of everything you need. Whether you are travelling for leisure or business, the location is convenient and well suited to both.
I stayed in a higher-tier room and did not experience the ageing room issues that some other guests have reported. In fact, my room was in very good condition. I would not necessarily call it a five-star hotel, but 4.5 stars is certainly a fair rating.
I also used the gym. It was basic, but the facilities were in excellent condition.
The Sha Tin location may be less ideal for tourists who want to focus mainly on Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, or Hong Kong Island. That said, New Town Plaza is right nearby, and there are other attractions in the New Territories. One minor point is that not all staff speak fluent English. Just be patient, they are willing to help.

Great hotel staff and service! The team was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and every request was handled quickly and politely. The location was perfect—easy to reach, close to key areas and a huge shopping mall, and convenient for exploring. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making our stay relaxing. We especially loved the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and refreshing. There were plenty of comfortable spots to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will come back again!
