Location attached to the mall is great when it’s raining. The staff at check in and concierge were very friendly and well mannered. My family room is very big.
The toilet needs an upgrade. The hotel can be newer .
Clean and good price
The direction to the main entrance from the Mall is not clear.
Location is best for Sha Tin.

Convenience to Sha Tin Plaza. It’s a very nice and clean modern hotel. Professional and nice staff.
Air feels stuffy without AC on. Ventilation and humidifiers. 3rd floor hallway and lobby sometimes feels like there’s too much perfume.
Good location. Walkable to shopping mall and many restaurants. Close to train and bus stations
洗手間及浴室很多黑色舊污漬沒有徹底清潔
但整體清潔程度也很滿意
location was good, Winnie the assistant manager spoke English and was very helpful, even organised a shower chair for my wife with sore back.
nothing to complain about but would have been nice to have plate, fork spoon and fruit knife in room
Convenient location as it’s right in New Town Plaza, Shatin.
Buses and MTR accessible.
No complaints really but did notice that this year that bottles of water were not provided in the rooms anymore.
It was very convenient to be right next to the mall and the mtr station.
Staying at this hotel many times I think a loyalty scheme should be good
Location is very convenient, easy to take bus or train to city area. Room is clean and quite comfortable
there was a ringing sound in the room from the sofa and the aircon area all the time, even though is not loud but really irritating
