Hotel is not new…dated a bit
Wonderful stay, I was greeted warmly and my check-in was perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I was gifted a diary and birthday card as the lady checking me in noticed my birthday was near, it was a pleasant gesture.
I had left my whole wallet of credit cards and Identity documents in the room and was immediately contacted before my flight so I was able to pick them up before heading to the airport.
Definitely reccomend this hotel, trustworthy staff and great service. Clean rooms. 5/5. Booked again for the coming August with my family this time.

如果是香港的話，我幾乎沒吃都是帝都。清潔，寧靜，員工態度優良，全部是我想要的事情。
唯一不太ok就是房間沒有瓶裝水。要自己出外面裝，瓶裝水的成品其實也沒有那麼高～～～

It’s very convenient
The room size was great, a perfect location for shopping and commuting. I have returned 3 times in 2 months to stay at this hotel.
The only lacking point was the breakfast, it's not cheap, but lack of food selection, some staff weren't that polite, a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

The pillow maybe bit too soft harder or we hv choices is better.
