New town plaza 바로 옆에 위치해 있고. 공항가는 버스 A41 정류장이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 접근성이 무척 좋아요

Great location and welcoming staff, though room housekeeping definitely need improvement.
Pros:

Excellent location for shopping and very convenient for train travel. The staff are wonderfully polite, helpful, and always greeting guests with warm smiles.

Cons:

The room was dirty, with a lot of dust on the cupboard, the kettles, and every corner especially the hidden spots. It looks like it hasn't been used in ages. I don't understand how the kettles and trays could be so dusty. To make matters worse, the breakfast restaurant is still using broken plates.

Cons:

Preislich ist es etwas zu teuer geworden, und wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht eins konnten wir erst zu einen späteren Zeitpunkt entgegen nehmen das fanden wir nicht so gut , wenn man bedenkt das wie wir aus dem Ausland nach einer fast 20 Stunden Reise ankommen und die Zimmer sind nicht bereit das ist schon ärgerlich

5* comfort, excellent location, courteous staff
Pros:

Large rooms with interesting views, no matter which direction you face. Having the seating area with bay windows is a particular luxury in Hong Kong, and much a much-needed play area for us with a toddler. The hotel is connected to a mega-mall on top of the MTR station, so there’s no need to go outside at all on rainy days (and Shatin Park with interesting landscaping is just behind the hotel for non-rainy days/ evenings). The hotel felt brand new as the renovations have been well-maintained by a hardworking and very courteous housekeeping team. We loved the plush cotton bedding, thick white towels, and pleasantly-fragranced toiletries. This was the perfect choice for us for the purpose of our stay in Hong Kong.

Cons:

I don’t think there is a room service dining facility, which would have been useful on the night of our arrival as all the restaurants in the mall stop serving from 21:30, and we would have also used it on the nights when our toddler wasn’t up for dining at a restaurant.

Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven, ook in de toekomst.
Pros:

Kwaliteit was hoogwaardig, vandaar de 5 sterren. Housekeeping was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam als je een verzoek hebt. Ook gratis watertappunt (koud/heet) in de gang op je eigen verdieping was erg fijn. Er is een zwembad/fitnessruimte aanwezig. Locatie prettig, is naast een groot winkelcentrum/plaza en het station. Ontbijt heb ik vooraf niet gekozen aangezien je in het winkelcentrum overal goedkoper en gevarieerender kunt eten.

Great hotel. Big room nice location. The pool and the gym are convenient.
Pros:

The access to the hotel from the Sha Tin station is very convenient. Big and very clean room. Staff very friendly and professional. Nice pool open all along the day as well as the gym that is well equipped.
