Lovely convenient stay at Shatin
Pros:

Convenient and good luggage safekeeping while I transit to Macau for a few days . Pool is kept clean with two maintenance daily.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, which is why I have chosen to stay here multiple times. However, this stay was particularly disappointing.

The front desk check-in service was particularly cold and unwelcoming, falling well short of the level of service I would expect from a star-rated hotel. The location of Room 922 was also unnecessarily inconvenient, requiring a long walk and several turns to reach the room.

Privacy was another serious concern. When the curtains are opened, the windows directly face those of a neighboring building at a very close distance. This significantly compromises privacy and makes the room feel rather uncomfortable and exposed.

In addition, for a star-rated hotel, it is surprising that no basic international power adapter is provided, forcing guests to purchase one themselves. This is a basic convenience that should reasonably be expected from a hotel of this standard.

There is also a similar issue with drinking water. The water dispenser is located at the elevator lobby, requiring guests to walk a considerable distance just to get drinking water.

Overall, although the hotel is conveniently located, the service, privacy, room accessibility, and basic amenities fall noticeably short of what I would expect from a star-rated hotel. These issues significantly affected the overall quality of my stay.

Pros:

New town plaza 바로 옆에 위치해 있고. 공항가는 버스 A41 정류장이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 접근성이 무척 좋아요

Great location and welcoming staff, though room housekeeping definitely need improvement.
Pros:

Excellent location for shopping and very convenient for train travel. The staff are wonderfully polite, helpful, and always greeting guests with warm smiles.

Cons:

The room was dirty, with a lot of dust on the cupboard, the kettles, and every corner especially the hidden spots. It looks like it hasn't been used in ages. I don't understand how the kettles and trays could be so dusty. To make matters worse, the breakfast restaurant is still using broken plates.
