Very happy with the room but you need to be competetive
Pros:

We never stayed for breakfast but if you want to compete with other franchises you should include breakfast in the overall price.
I recently stayed in a Crowne Plaza hotel in Liverpool I had a excellent suite with breakfast included for £100 that is what best western need to aim for

Le grand lit et son confort. La grandeur de la chambre. Le calme.

Cons:

La chambre mériterait d'être rafraîchie. Papier peint et décor vieillot gris beige marron très terne. L'ensemble de l hôtel devrait être refait car le look n est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.
Les vitres de la chambre n'ont pas été nettoyées depuis plusieurs semaines et il.y avait plusieurs grosses tâches anciennes sur la moquette.
