Le prix bas

Cons:

Accueil peu chaleureux. Parking complet a notre arrivée en moto. Toillettes qui coulaient en permanence. Acces à la plage et au centre ville conpliqué. 200 marches a gravir pour revenir ou long chemin par la route. Hotel assez vieillot, besion de rafraichir. Petit dejeuner copieux mais de faible qualité.

Séjour très décevant malgré un hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

Emplacement proche de Lloret très agréable

Cons:

Hôtel bien placé, mais les équipements sont inexistants pour un 4 étoiles. Télévision très vieille, aucune machine à café ni bouilloire dans la chambre, ce qui n’est pas normal à ce niveau de standing. Le coffre-fort est en supplément et les produits d’hygiène se limitent à deux petits tubes.

La literie est également très vieille : deux lits simples juste collés côte à côte, donc un creux se forme au milieu pendant la nuit, ce qui est très inconfortable.

Autre mauvaise surprise : sur Booking, le supplément pour le chien était affiché à 10 €, mais à l’arrivée on nous demande finalement 20 €.

Enfin, accueil déplorable lors du check-in. Très déçu de cette expérience.

Tiene una buena ubicación. Las instalaciones están bien, aunque necesitan alguna reforma. Personal muy agradable y las habitaciones están limpias. Está en un sitio hermoso y con buenas vistas al mar.

Läget går inte att slå. Helt otroligt vackert! Uppe på en höjd, pool och havsutsikt. De hade även glutenfria alternativ om man bara frågade.

Cons:

Vi kände oss inte jättevälkomna vid incheckningen. Receptionisten kom springandes ut till oss när vi parkerat och undrade om vi ens hade en bokning där. Sedan laddade de vårt kort till rummet med endast 1 natt fast vi betalat för 2. De trodde inte vi betalat för 2.

Indignante. Pagué más de 260 euros por una suite buscando descanso y calidad, y fue tirar el dinero. Había una boda y en recepción nos mintieron asegurando que la música terminaría a las 00:00h. Sin embargo, el ruido siguió hasta las 2:00 de la madrugada. Es una falta de respeto total que engañen así al cliente. Si pagas el precio de una suite es para tener una experiencia de lujo, no para que una fiesta te impida dormir hasta la madrugada. Me siento engañado y estafado por la dirección del hotel."
