All these things were brought to the attention of the front counter at checkout.
Pros:

The entrance was very clean and the customer service was immaculate.

Cons:

The night stand light was flickering when on, sink was stopping up, ironing board was broken, the desk chair wheel broke and tub stopper was broken. Clock or phone didn’t work

I didn’t like my stay
Pros:

I loved that Mary did her best to accommodate me and my family so much I bought her flowers.

Cons:

There were roaches, the carpet smelled, the elevator didn’t work and the house keeping staff was horrible. I was so disgusted I left and went to another hotel. I had planned to stay there for a month but the accommodation were so bad I opted to pay more somewhere else.

Pros:

I enjoyed most of the staff due to their comfort hospitality & quick responses to my needs. I especially LOVED the receptionist Mary, such a doll & deserves a raise and weekend stay here! Also quick shout out to some calm & gentle beings, Jasmine/Sal/and maintenance manger.
Thank you all greatly 🙏.

Cons:

Not much to do close by the property; being next door to such a downer of a hotel; and not being able to spend an extra night there.
