Pros:

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The facilities need to be cleaned up and have some much needed maintenance.done. Rusty bed platforms and tubs. Holes in the walls repaired properly and painted.

The hotel just needs some TLC.

VERY COMFORTABLE AND QUIET
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS FRESH AND GOOD, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. CSTOMER SERVICE WAS A PLUS. SHE TRIED TO ACCOMIDATE ANY WAY THAT SHE COULD. I WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK TO STAY AGAIN.

Hi Michelle. The one staff that showed us plenty love and kindness. She was the breath of fresh air and this filthy place.

Cons:

First of all I am begging you BW change the carpets. They smell so bad. The beds are so old and makes plenty of squeaks. The staff that gives the taste bad breakfast are so serious. Come on people smile. They are so toxic. Trust me not even to take someone for a night of fund if you know what I mean I would have recommend this hotel. Really bad. Please clean the pool. Clean the pool. You guys are getting money. Take care of the hotel please because it's beside nice place like Bjs, McDonald, KFC, Waffle House and Miami grill. Fix up the place. Terrible terrible terrible. Big up Michelle. That nice staff

Pros:

Michelle was VERY welcoming and pleasant. She has a beautiful personality and she's very bubbly. The house keeping staff, AMAZING also. Front desk staff awesome. I would definitely stay again.
