Pros:

I liked the staff as they answered any questions I may have had. The room was in good shape and clean. There was nothing bad about the room.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like were the pillows as I struggled to find a pillow combination that worked for, The pillows arew too fluffy, and I sank too deep into them. But that is a preference of mine to have less fluffy pillows.

Stayed for 3 nights , and overall I’d give this hotel a 5.6. Could use some improvements but the location was central to
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and as accommodating as they could be. Also this place is budget friendly.

Cons:

The beds weren’t comfortable , appliances in the room didn’t work. Shower curtain was stained and ripped
Guests are also aloud to blast their music and be as loud as they want which is annoying when people are trying to sleep.

Personal muy amable, le hace falta una remodelación
Pros:

El personal era muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La base del secador de pelo estaba rota. La arreglaron rápidamente con buena disposición. Además tuvimos un problema con nuestro vuelo y nos atrasamos, no pudiendo llegar la primera noche, no nos hicieron problema cuando avisamos y pedimos que no cancelaran la reserva por el resto de los días.
La cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

El baño no estaba muy limpio, habían pelos de los huéspedes anteriores que se habían afeitado. La ducha no tenía presión y la cortina del baño se corría sola, provocando que se saliera agua y se mojara el piso del baño.
La cortina de la ventana no cerraba por completo, tuvimos que agarrarla con unas pinzas para que no se abriera.
