Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel, qui est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs que nous ayons faits depuis longtemps.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse, notamment par Mamia à la réception. Elle a été d’une attention remarquable, toujours avec le sourire et une vraie volonté de nous satisfaire. Lorsque nous avons découvert que la vue sur la piscine de notre chambre était légèrement cachée par une voûte, nous sommes simplement descendus à l’accueil pour le signaler. À peine avions-nous expliqué que cela nous dérangeait un peu que Mamia nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre, encore mieux située et plus proche de la piscine. Tout cela avec le sourire et sans avoir besoin d’insister.

Elle nous a également convaincus de choisir la formule tout compris plutôt que la demi-pension, et nous ne regrettons absolument pas ce choix. La formule porte vraiment bien son nom : tout est compris, sans restriction de quantité (à l’exception bien sûr des prestations comme le massage au spa).

Nous avons eu la possibilité de dîner trois soirs dans des restaurants différents de l’hôtel, tous d’une très bonne qualité. Les autres soirs, nous avons profité du buffet du restaurant principal, avec beaucoup de choix et une qualité au rendez-vous. Le petit-déjeuner était également très complet.

La formule tout compris permet aussi de profiter de plats à la carte de midi à 15h sans limitation, ainsi que d’encas de 10h à 12h et de 15h à 18h. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts, à toute heure, avec toujours une bonne qualité des produits.

La piscine est magnifique, propre et agréablement chauffée. Le spa est un vrai plus : nous avons fait un massage qui était excellent. Le bar au bord de la piscine propose un grand choix de boissons et de cocktails, servis avec de belles présentations, ce qui rend les moments de détente encore plus agréables.

Tres Bon séjour à cette adresse où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! Mais laissez moi mon matelas pneumatique !!!!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel adults only. Très belle piscine, très bon bar lounge au bord de la piscine, jardin extérieurs très jolis et très bien placé en plein centre. SPA magnifique, spécial merci à la grande Lena pour ses massages exceptionnels.

Cons:

Les chambres n’avaient rien de fou mais confortables. Les moquettes des couloirs d’étages très vieillot.
Je trouve dommage qu’à la piscine, on nous interdise les matelas et bouée de piscines. Quel erreur stratégique ! On est dans un adults only, ca veut dire que nous parents, on peut enfin savourer un bon bouquin en flottant sur l’eau sans avoir de bambins qui éclaboussent ou qui réclament une glace toutes les 2 minutes … et la, on nous dit non, interdit, pas de bouée !!! Je ne comprends vraiment pas cette politique, surtout quand par contre on tolère les bières, les alcools et même les cigarettes dans l’eau !!!!

הפקידות בקבלה לא היו שירותיות או נחמדות בעיקר נציין לשלילה את מריה. ארוחת הערב הייתה דלה מאוד, אך פקידת הקבלה אברי (אם אני זוכרת נכון) הייתה מאוד נחמדה ונתנה לנו שוברים למסעדות של המלון, אכלנו באיטלקית שלהם שהייתה מעולה.

An excellent Allrounder if you want to be central, mobile and have a pool.
Pros:

Location to bus stop in front of hotel entrance (101/102 along the Ayia Napa coast and Larnaca intercity bus 36).
Location to shops, cafes, chemists, supermarkets, bars, marina, beach, plaza, icecream and souvenir shops either in front, next to or within minutes walk from the hotel.
Excellent location for a sole traveler (especially women) as it is situated in a busy area and well lit entrance.
Quiet rooms, noice from outside could not be heard.
Breakfast very good, wide variety of fresh items, well prepared and presented and can be consumed indoors (air conditioning) or outside overlooking the pool.
Aesthetically pleasing decor and style.
Comfortable rooms.
Polite, welcoming and helpful front desk staff at the reception.
Employees hard working, polite and discreet.
Definitely a hotel to recommend and a very good all rounder.
I have stayed here 3x.

Cons:

All very good, however on this stay the air conditioning didn’t work. We didn’t inform staff as we were able to manage without.
