Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: pool described as clean and heated, but serious issues noted (cockroaches at reception and marijuana smell near pool) that lower the cleanliness perception.
Service
9.1
Generally very good with standout staff (Mamia at reception, Lena at the spa) showing attentive service, though a few front-desk staff were reported as unfriendly in some reviews.
Location
9.7
Consistently praised as very well located and close to everything.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms described as comfortable but unremarkable; some dated elements (corridor carpets) and nothing exceptional about the rooms.

Strong amenities: excellent spa and massages, beautiful heated pool, poolside bar, gardens, and comprehensive all-inclusive options praised by multiple guests.
Value for Money
7.9
Mixed impressions: some guests felt it was not worth the money, while others praised the all-inclusive offering and variety — overall slightly below the target rating.

Multiple positive mentions: good buffet and breakfast, several high-quality à la carte restaurants (Italian singled out), and a well-regarded pool bar and cocktails.
Overall Experience
9.2
Many guests reported exceptional stays thanks to the spa, pool, food and attentive staff, though some incidents (smoking, cleanliness issues) tempered a few experiences.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

The swimming pool was nice and clean. It was a pleasant place to relax

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable,
I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and bedding quality.

Pros:

Cons:

An unforgettable stay with delicious food, top-tier service, and amazing staff – we loved every second! ⭐⭐
Pros:

Excellent service and fast response! When we arrived early and it was very hot outside, the staff kindly upgraded us to a pool view room for a nominal fee. The location is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It’s a quiet, high-class, adults-only hotel with a great atmosphere.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great!
