Lo antiguo que se encuentra la habitación e incomodidad de las camas

I found the hotel a little bit far from CC Atlantico, but very close to the harbour. Personally I would have liked to be a little closer to the strip, but as I said we had a great holiday.

Big groups of loud drunken men and women, swearing,
smoking weed and generally being inconsiderate of other people on their holiday.

Las instalaciones eran muy antiguas, la comida estaba buena pero había muy poca variedad, todo se repetía día tras día, a excepción de un pescado y una carne.
Solo había una maquina de café , por qué la otra estaba rota y no la arreglaron en los 5 días que estuvimos.
Ya que los apartamentos eran tan antiguos no habían suficientes enchufes, los colchones durísimos y el sofá muy incómodo.
Aún siendo todo incluido, había que pagar por muchas cosas.
No hubo nada de animación en toda la estancia, había una discoteca pero estaba cerrada.

La chambre mériterait un peu de rafraichissement (nous avons eu des fuites à cause de la pluie...)
Certains personnels n'étaient pas à l'écoute, pas poli, pas serviable et restés jouer sur leur téléphone (notamment à l'accueil soir et nuit)
Les voisins faisaient énormément de bruit (groupe de 20 jeunes) et personne leur a dit de respecter le silence la nuit...

Nous y étions allées il y a 1 an et demi, la qualité des repas était excellente et la chambre simple lais correcte. Ici,repas , niveau réfectoire d école, ni bon, ni chaud, ni varié. La chambre, vitre et carrelage cassés, châssis mordus par l humidité.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the experience was poor. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful(only one particulat person working in the mornings Sergio)the rest of the staff very helpful and polite.
The amenities were unacceptable—charging €10 just to rent a towel is unreasonable and feels like a money grab, you can buy your own beach towel in any shop fir 4.99. There was also no Wi-Fi in the room, which is a basic expectation nowadays.
The food was awful. Options were extremely limited, they even serve instant noodles and hot water bext to it. Who even came up with this idea. To make matters worse, the wine on offer was low quality and tasted like cheap draft.
Overall, the hotel falls far below even basic standards in hospitality, service, and comfort. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. We paid €1000 for 2 for 10 nights, all inclusive, it's not worth it at all. We ended up eating outside of the hotel

Not great in bed room need new bathroom it very old bathroom not safe bathroom 😒 🙄 very old bedroom need new bedroom fixed it...

Needs updating, hating the pool would be a good option food needs a lot of attention

Nada , despcion la verdad tanto q costó el apartamento y no pudimos disfrutar nada , y después q los día nos fatal frío y lluvia y después el trato de estas dos señoritas
