Shocking place!
Pros:

Swimming pool was alright

Cons:

The room was terrible! The beds were hard the bathroom was falling apart. The front door was damaged. The sofa had a fag burn on it. We were on top of the pool area the noise was full of drunks the walls were paper thin. And most importantly there was no air con! Shocking place.

Un lugar perfecto para descansar
Pros:

El personal, sobre todo el del buffet y el de la piscina, increibles, geniales y únicos!! pudimos gracias a ellos recargar pilas <3

Cons:

Las habitaciones estaban un poco mucho machacadas pero no hemos tenido problemas porque los han solucionado todos

El trato al cliente, estaba limpio

Cons:

Que no tienen aire acondicionado, hace muchísimo calor, sobretodo en el buffet, que hay pero no funciona. Y otra cosa es la comida, está bien pero siempre lo mismo.

Get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location near the harbour is fantastic, staff are fantastic! I was a big bug fan of the food! Really enjoyed it.

Cons:

First apartment had cockroaches, disgusting and was too warm. We were moved apartments fairly easily and second room was much nicer.

Buen hotel para pasar unos días visitando la isla.
Pros:

La ubicación era bastante buena, cómoda tanto para desplazarte en transporte como andando. El personal del hotel era muy amable, todos y cada uno de ellos.

Cons:

El horario de las cenas, ya que a las 9 cerraba el restaurante y a las nueve menos algo ya empezaban a retirar la comida. La cena está totalmente adaptada al horario británico.
La limpieza podría ser mejor, sobre todo la ropa de cama, que los cambios son cada cuatro días.

Had to book another hotel as they tried to put us in the workers quarters that the beds had all been slept, 2 workers were leaving as we were going into see it and rubbish lying about, after speaking about us in Spanish for 40 min. My son speaks some Spanish so could hear them cursing us.

Las peores vacaciones.

Cons:

La poca variedad de comida.
Cucarachas en la habitación.
Instalaciones defectuosas como por ejemplo la bañera con los cachos levantados.
La piscina no tenían sombrillas.
La limpieza de la piscina pésima.
No cumplen la cadena de frío de la alimentación los helados por ejemplo estaban derretidos.
Muchos clientes con colchonetas dentro de la piscina y molestaban y nadie los paraba.
