Poor outdated rooms , nothing going on at all , rude man on the bar called Bobby
Pros:

Not a lot of good things about the property

Cons:

The location top of a hill , only cleaned once in the 7 day stay , had to ask for clean towels at reception , would not stay there again, & definitely would not recommend taking children there

The worsed hotel I’ve ever been to
Pros:

We had no air conditioner or Wi-Fi
The staff are great the property is a wreak snd stay away as far as you can from this hotel
Foods not good at all and charge you for cups for drinks

Lokalizacja dobra ,bardzo wygodne łóżka ,pyszne jedzenie i desery można się najeść jest duży wybór ,każda moja prośba została szybko rozwiązana , miły personel,za dodatkową opłatą mogliśmy zostać dłużej bo lot był późnym wieczorem ,to nie był pierwszy raz jak korzystaliśmy z tej sieci hoteli.polecam

Basic food and drinks ,not exciting at all
Cons:

Some staff were rude 😒 unfortunately but after an apology it was ok ,shower went cold after a few minutes in it we were not in the main building so had to walk across the road to get to main pool area .drinks were basic ,snacks VERY basic crisps ,pool was freezing ,food in the restaurant ok but very much same old every day .I wouldn't return here to be honest and it's a good 20 minute walk down to the main strip .I suppose it was cheap and cheerful .

1. Tanto la habitación como las instalaciones carecían de una limpieza a fondo.
2. El baño de la habitación era un desastre: el plato de ducha apenas tragaba agua. La puerta del baño no cerraba a no ser que le dieras una patada.
3. El suelo del apartamento sucio en todo momento, no se podía andar descalzo.
4. El horario del desayuno algo tarde (8:30)

La atención del personal. Muy atentos y serviciales

Cons:

Los gritos de los extranjeros en la cafetería. El poco respeto que tiene la gente en la piscina. Si quieres nadar se ponen las colchonetas en medio y no puedes nadar.
