Quality Inn & Conference Center

First of all… not happy by any means. I had been staying at the quality inn for about a couple weeks due to homelessness. The place smells of cigarettes, dirty feet and marijuana, and the walls are tinted yellow. The paint is old and stained from nicotine and smoking products in general. The floors are all carpet and have stains all over them, and are ripped up. The people I had come into contact with were very nosy and asking me for favors.. and I’d get stared at upon entering, not to mention the fact that the doors and windows at the entrances are filthy.. people coming in and out constantly and the fighting as soon as I get there and cops showing up on my first night.. and people threatening each other… quite frankly that’s just ridiculous. No trash bags or bins to throw things away, the fridge in the hallway near the main entrance has rotting food/stinks and it’s extremely dirty. All appliances are dirty and outdated. The WiFi is terrible… had an awful connection and experience with that considering I am attending college classes and needed the WiFi to do my school work which impacted me heavily. The tv would make very weird noises and would cut off at random times and I had to constantly reboot it to watch the television. The insides of the knight stands and dressers are filthy. There was fruit flies everywhere and fleas… causing me to have the overwhelming feeling to itch. The curtains wouldn’t open or close properly. The lights flicker and don’t fully turn on due to wiring issues. The flooring is coming up at the front door to the room (vinyl). One of the lights blew.. the microwave had fruit flies in it… the tub doesn’t have a plug, and water gets way too hot.. and the behaviors of those whom work there is questionable. They also had shut all the doors in the hallways after they had told me I could have candles and then someone else told me that I couldn’t… and they don’t enforce the policies at hand. I also had almost been hit by someone pulling out of the parking lot because people drive really fast and don’t pay attention up leaving. The door lock is bad and constantly makes you get locked out and the door handle is messed up and only opens upwards. The trash is constantly overflowing and the outside smells like a dump. Great job :)

This place is absolutely horrible if I could give no stars I would. The First night here I step on glass in my room. There is no housekeeping and the hallway is disgusting and just smells like a sewer.

Due to precautions concerning COVID19, most of the amenities were closed. Still it is a nice, convenient property and I would definitely stay again when in the area.

The staff was polite. Liked that there was a little fridge
What I didn't like was the black mold in the shower.

Stayed here b4....it is good location and good breakfast... For me its a good stay ..the front desk employees are very nice and welcoming thats what makes you stay here.

cant hide the property can use some updating....side note to mgn.t when they decide to put new flooring in the room ..please make sure you rip the old carpet out completely..before new flooring

The breakfast was good for the price. Beds were pretty comfortable.

Nice clean and affordable hotel and easy access to Rt. 91 to head to Stratton the next morning after a drive up from Long Island.

Rate was Great..but bathroom needed better up keep..bath tub was dirty looking...UPDATE....
Pillow smelt of previous body smell...disgusting

The hotel is a little run down.
Pool wasn't open in the morning like it was suppose to be so we didn't get to use it before we left and we were really looking forward to that 😢

Overall it was an alright place to stay for a night. The indoor pool was nice and the breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The downfalls tho were there was a very large grease stain on the comforter that was covered by another cover/blanket so we didn't see it until the morning. We woke up to an employee yelling and arguing with the manager of the place right outside our room. There were hairs all over our towels, the tub was clogged and drained slowly, and the shampoo and lotion looked used. When we checked in the manager made it very clear that if we smoked (which we dont) we would be charged and kicked out. He was very adamant about this since we brought a bunch of snacks I'm assuming since he mentioned all this after he noticed them. Later on when we went to the pool all you could smell was marijuana burning down the hall, an employee walked through it and didn't seem to care. It's a cheap place so you can't expect it to be perfect just seemed a little unprofessional.

I stayed here 2 nights in this place. Location is ok, The best part of the stay was the people( front desk staff) that work there, very pleasant welcoming and understanding.
Breakfast is good here, hot eggs, potatoes, waffles , yogurt, bagels toasts, etc. Full breakfast.

The place can use updates for sure, especially in public areas

as long as the price stays reasonable . Recommended.

Everything was good, it can use a small face lift in the hallway - you'll know what I mean once you're there.

We chose this hotel because the price was reasonable, upon arrival we were in our room within 10 mins.
We had room 114 which has 2 queens and it is half way between the pool and the restaurant! The room had a microwave, small fridge, and was non smoking. The room was a bit dates but very clean and towels smelled clean but not bleach like. We double checked for creepy crawlers (im sure everyone worries about the same) we did not find any trace of anything.
The pool was warm and pretty good size, plenty of towels our first night but they quickly got depleted after that. The sauna is a bit warn, but works perfectly! (I am Finnish, and I 100% approve of the sauna) The fitness room looks pretty but heck, im on vacation and im not trying to work off the french fries. Im an electrician and running wire takes care of the tubbs.

The breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, cereal, waffle maker, coffee, juice, and homefries. Only complaint is there was no milk. But the breakfast area is very clean and staff are eager to assist ANY possible way they can. The bar is open and they have some pretty good food for being in house. The bar tender/chef has 2 adorable fur friends and he can grill one heck of a steak or chicken breast sandwich. I requested an off menu item and he was happy to oblige.
The owners and staff are amazing here! The hotel is dated but the staff are amazing! Well worth taking the risk on this place, it's not the Hilton but it does the job!

check in was pleasant, location is good. fridge size is nice.

This is unfortunately and apparently the type of hotel that will CANCEL your room when they have any processing issues, will NOT inform you, will NOT call you, will just tell you nothing. and then 5 hours later when you drive through a snowstorm to get there. you'll find out you have no room and good luck have fun out there in the snow or you can sleep on the floor of your friend's room, and oh by the way we have no cots or anything we can give you, we just have nothing.

Literally the same night, 4 boys who apparently purchased 2 rooms were also shoved into one room.


Steve the night guy is alright, as much a victim of the day shift girl's issues as much as I was a victim of it and other guests.

Situated right off highway. Property definitely needs an update. Staff pleasant and prompt.

pictures are misleading. the place has a strong odor which my daughter and I were allergic to. We stayed the first night but canceled the other nights.
not worth the $67. should probably be shut down

Place is run down most of the exit doors don’t close properly the free breakfast was disgusting the coffee was week and the cream for my coffee was sour worst hotel I have ever stayed at only good thing was the staff was very friendly Pleasse do your self a favor spend a couple of bucks and go next door to the other hotel that place is very nice

Bathroom vent leaked of cold air and made the bathroom super cold.

While the lobby was lovely, our room was woefully outdated and terribly dark. My husband did not find one of the mattress comfortable (it sloped towards the center). A little effort into improvement would go a long way, given the location and proximity to Mt. Snow.
