Overall it was a great stay and we would definetly return.
Pros:

The location was amazing, it genuinely could not have been located anywhere better! The staff was all super helpful and kind. The room was spacious and nice!

Cons:

When we arrived, we were really confusing because we didn’t see a sign for “Global Luxury Suites”, instead it said the Lennox.

التعامل سيء للغايه خصوصاً من المديره طلبوا مني عدم التدخين ولم اكن اعلم ان التدخين ممنوع وباب غرفتي لايوجد عليه هلامة منع التدخين وبعد منعي من التدخين وافقت ولم ادخن وبعد خروجي وبدون استئذان مني تم سحب غرامه من بطاقتي الائتمانيه وقدرها 500 دولار هل هذا تعامل ناس راقيه بالطبع لا !

Cons:

لا انصح اي انسان ان يسكن في هذا المكان لأنهم ماعندهم اي انسانيه ،،، انسداد فتحات الصرف في المطبخ والحمام والمكان غير نظيف والصور الموجوده في موقعكم لا تبت للواقع بصله !!

We booked signature king suite for 2 adults and one 17 years old. The room from description should has one king size bed and one sofa bed. However, we get the room with one king size bed only.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Es la mejor zona de la ciudad y todo estaba nuevo. Literalmente con etiquetas.

Cons:

No limpian a no ser que se lo digas. Y si se lo dices, y no dejas propina, no hacen nada. Si dejas propina, lo más que hacen es sacar la basura y hacer las camas. Nada más. No cambian toallas, no limpian el suelo…A pesar de dejarle notas cada día y 5 dólares de propina por día. Hemos estado 5 días y no hemos conseguido que cambien las sábanas o las toallas. Eso es imperdonable. Además, la primera noche, el sofá cama no estaba vestido (a pesar de saber que éramos 5 personas). Tuvimos que bajar a por sábanas y colcha y no había, y mi hijo tuvo que dormir esa noche sin nada. Lo dijimos al día siguiente, dejamos propina y al volver, el sofá cama seguía sin hacer. Muy mala atención. Los colchones son muy muy blandos.

Cons:

New owner so everything was confusing (its actually called Lennox Hotel). Only one part time employee at the front dest and she was not able to fix any of your issues. Public parking nearby is way more expensive than advertised.

Would definitely stay here again! Extra room, comfortable, quiet
Pros:

Staff was the best! So friendly and welcoming and always had a helpful suggestion. Perfect location for Georgetown and access to the whole area. Suite well furnished and sized and better than just a hotel room.

Relaxing place like an elevated version of your home
Pros:

It was like a hotel/apartment. It came with everything that we didn’t even know we needed. It didn’t just come with a washing machine it also came with detergent, it didn’t just come with a dishwasher and kitchen it came with dish soap and dishes and kitchen supplies. It was overly thoughtful and everything was so useful for us. The staff was also beyond kind. The place was beautiful, kind of over secured but the app to unlock things was easy to use. It was just nice, we kept saying how we would live there if we could. Amazing ten out of the the rep for the suites at revel was always available and so sweet as well

Cons:

Only complaint is that there was not body wash that came with the hotel but shampoo and conditioner did. It wasn’t a big set back as we just bought our own it was totally okay though.

Appartment hatte alles was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Über einen eigenen Cod hatte man Zugriff zu seinem Zimmer

Stuff was amazing!!! I can't tell you how much I loved the location and the people who work there. Everything was clean. When we had some small problems with the room, they were fixed immediately.

I would definitely recommend, and I would definitely come back!
