Very disappointing experience, mainly due to poor organization, communication and customer care.

The apartment I had originally booked was not available, something I only discovered on the day of check-in. I was moved to another unit without proper advance notice. Moreover, despite having informed the property that I would arrive between 4 and 6 p.m., at 5 p.m. the replacement apartment was still not ready.

When I finally entered, the apartment had not been properly cleaned, especially the bathroom, and there was debris on the floors, so I ended up cleaning it myself. The shower was not working at all and the faucets produced only scalding hot water. These issues were not fixed until around lunchtime the following day, and in the meantime I had to shower in another unit.

What I found most unacceptable, however, happened toward the end of my stay. After returning from the hospital following a medical procedure, and with another procedure scheduled for the next day, I unexpectedly received an email instructing me to pack my belongings and move to yet another apartment that same day. I had never requested a move and had only five days left before departure. There had been no prior discussion—just check-out and new check-in instructions. When I tried to enter my unit (with my cat inside), I could not even access it, because they had already changed the code. It took me half an hour to finally be able to get back to my cat.
They told me my move was urgent so the following day - after returning from the hospital - I started packing and removing most of my personal belongings, so that maintenance could quickly access the unit and fix the situation. To my big surprise, I found out that the situation was not urgent after all, since even the day after maintenance didn’t do anything in the apartment.

After all these problems, I was told that I would receive a partial refund for my stay.

The only negative was the parking situation. We understood that there was parking available and maybe there was, but we couldn't find it. Wound up parking basically across the street at a commercial pay lot and although it was reasonably accessible, the cost mounted up quickly.

Consequentemente, a TV do quarto, que é smart, não funciona também. Fiquei sem TV os 4 dias em que fiquei hospedada. Nunca fizeram limpeza do quarto durante a minha estadia, não trocaram nem os lixos do banheiro, nem da cozinha. A pia da cozinha entope e fica nojenta. A banheira do banheiro é um limo, então é um perigo para escorregar. Minha mãe, que é idosa, tinha que tomar banho sentada. Um horror. Não volto e não recomendo para ninguém este hotel.

I should have had a clean room to check into, and I didn’t. After inconveniencing me and assigning a temporary room until originally assigned rm 609 was cleaned, I was placed in room # 209, because of my schedule and commitments, and after ordering over 200.00 worth of groceries that I took up to room # 209, I decided the next day to say I would stay in rm 209 as it would have been even more of an inconvenience to transfer my groceries and luggage to rm # 609, particular using the hotel’s rickety and broken down dolly. The new room 209 was cleaner, but had filthy towels hanging on bathroom rack. In addition, I also heard loud ticking noise and the HVAC or AC was even louder noise 24/7 . There was smoking and vaping smells entering my room. But, of course you are aware of this as I complained to Michelle about all of this. It was not a good stay for me, would it have been for you to have all of these unpleasant experiences? I was told more than once I would be compensated for the inconveniences, but never was. I will leave accurate reviews reflecting my stay on all applicable platforms. DO BETTER, as I was made to feel I was compensated for my inconvenience of dirty room by placing me in another room.

Asked for an extra blanket for my adult son. None available.

.Our scheduled check-in was at 5:00 p.m. When we arrived, our room was not ready. More concerning, when we went to the unit, the door had been left open and the room had clearly not been cleaned from the previous guests. We have photographs documenting the condition in which we found the room.

We immediately spoke with reception and were told that the property was short-staffed and that they were still trying to get the rooms cleaned. Despite this being entirely a problem on the property's side, we were repeatedly told that our reservation was "non-refundable."

At 11pm.—six hours after the stated check-in time—we were blable to enter a cleaned room.

We paid nearly $2,000 for ONE NIGHT. At this price point, it is completely unacceptable that we have spent virtually the entire evening waiting for accommodation that should have been available at 5:00 p.m.

This has caused significant inconvenience and has effectively deprived us of a substantial portion of the one-night stay we paid for. We also find it concerning that the uncleaned unit was left open and accessible when we arrived.

I was given a room with a very bad smell and it was changed immediately. The corridors had a smell of paint and the carpets were not clean. I asked for the room to be cleaned during my stay and no one came to clean it

Unfortunately, our 3-week stay was disappointing. We had to move rooms three times because of multiple issues, including Wi-Fi not working properly, refrigerator, bathroom/water and dishwasher problems. We also went 5 days without our room being cleaned. We reported the issues several times, and although we were moved to different rooms, it was very inconvenient to keep packing and moving. Considering how much we paid, we expected much better service. We asked for compensation or a partial refund because of our experience, but nothing was offered.

Booked a room with a terrace, which was not the room assigned; haven't heard back about refunding the difference. Ground floor rooms facing into the entrance will have car headlights beam through the night, into the bedroom or living area (if you use the sofa bed). Requested bedding for the sofa bed ahead of time, but had to ask again on arrival. Apartment was spacious, and it's nice to have a kitchen, although furniture is a little sparse - photos online have clearly been enhanced. Suggest a trash can and a towel rack/stand in the bathroom; there was limited counter space around the sink. WiFi connection was spotty.

Nas fotos o saguão parece mais moderno e mais equipado do que realmente é... não tinha mesa de sinuca como mostrou a foto. E por mais que tenha alguém no balcão ajudando no atendimento, não tem flexibilidade para fazer uma reserva ou estender a estadia, tudo tem que ser feito online.

Not hotel but apartment with minimum services

Upon arrival,we were welcomed with a small gift bag, have been prepared for only one guest even though there were three of us. 🥴
The apartment has a spacious kitchen, a living room sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, and a small dining table with four chairs. The bedroom only has a king-size bed and two nightstands, one valet. There is no chair, bench, dresser, or other piece of furniture where guests can place luggage or clothing, which would be very helpful, especially for a stay of several days. We have to put all luggage in the floor🥴
The bathroom could also be better equipped. It only included shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner inside the shower. There was no hand soap, body lotion, or trash can. I had to request an additional set of towels since only two were provided for three guests.
Overall, this property has an excellent location, plenty of space, and a lot of potential. With a few small improvements and more attention to the basic amenities provided for the number of guests, it could offer a much more comfortable and complete experience.
