Second time in Sis Pins. The location on the promenade and the hotel atmosphere are just perfect; two steps across and you jump in clear waters; the patio full of bougainvilleas.. No noise, no confusion, just relax

Whilst it’s an older hotel some of the facilities were quite tired

Beds not so comfortable
Very well placed in Puerto Pollensa . Very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent very polite and attentive. My room was very quiet - great aircon.
Sad no pool but beach close by. Sun loungers on the provided terrace would have been good - save taking the beach chair over that was supplied in room.
The location is outstanding--right on the water. The breakfast was also excellent, with both buffet and hot (made to order) options. We ate outside looking at the water. The rooms were a bit dated, but very large and comfortable, and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again!
The only difficult thing was finding nearby parking, but we were able to find a free place on the street about 1/2 mile away.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt am Strand in einer Fussgängerzone. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strandstühle stehen auf dem Balkon zum Gebrauch am Strand zur Verfügung.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, vor allem die frischen Früchte schmeckten gut. Warme Speisen können bestellt werden.
Das Haus ist etwas "ältlich", lebt vom Agatha Christie Flair, aber wir hatten einen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und Badges als Zimmerschlüssel. Auch die Betten warten bequem.
Die Duschtücher waren von der Grösse her eher Handtücher und für den doch gehobenen Preis hätten wir uns Kleenex-Tücher gewünscht.
Leider funktionierten einige Fernseh-Programme nicht, wir hätten gerne ein WM Fussballspiel geschaut....

The description of the hotel listing on booking was incorrect and false advertisement. There needs to be more clarity on the location of the room view.
The bed had a very outdated box spring as a “mattress” you could feel the springs on your back.
The room was infested with coach-roaches.
La ubicación es fantástica, justo frente al mar y con unas vistas preciosas. La habitación resultó cómoda y agradable, y en general el ambiente del hotel invita a desconectar. El personal fue muy amable durante la estancia y la experiencia en conjunto fue muy positiva.

A bar in the hotel would be good, for example to get a nightcap or a drink for late arrivals. The cappuccino next door was expensive.
