Good value for money. Big rooms, facilities ok. If you want Nana, worth a stay here.
Pros:

Big rooms is a major plus, plenty of room to spread out. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Big pool and nice pool area. Location is good, very close to BTS, and any shops you need. There are abundant bars and restaurants around with plenty of nightlife, but still can get away from it all in the hotel surrounds a s very quiet inside.

Cons:

Old hotel so feels a bit dated, but trade off is bigger rooms. Shower pretty poor, lack of pressure and inconsistent heat. Shut pool when it rained, ok guess that’s policy but didn’t reopen when clearly stopped, wasn’t returning and pool hours still had 90 min to go, staff were dismissive of me when made a query about it too.

Bra läge med gångavstånd till bla Terminal 21. Stora rum. Inga andra besökare vid poolen . (Gissningsvis 85% indier som bor på hotellet. Kanske inte kommer för bad?)

Cons:

Gammalt och slitet. Inga bra alternativ på frukosten för en allergiker. De berättade glatt i receptionen att jag fått utsikt åt norra Bangkok. Fick "utsikt" över en smutsig innergård och en husvägg.

Really lovely and super clean hotel to stay in with wonderful helpful staff .
Pros:

Super clean rooms as was the entire reception area, lifts, pool area everywhere was spotless. Really good location too , close to hundreds of restaurants, bars, nightlife, trains and shopping.
The staff were just wonderful. Nothing was a problem for them if I or anyone needed assistance or help in any way.

Cons:

Not a thing to dislike about the hotel.

They are simply great!

I would like to praise a staff called Arana , she was very patient with customers and was very outgoing with helping out people when they needed. If I was the boss I would promote her immediately. I had an very good experience at Bangkok because of her. Wonderful!
