Comfortable stay with cooperative staff
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Ambassador Hotel in Bangkok and had a pleasant experience. The staff, especially NTC (Nopparat), were very cooperative and made my stay comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. My room was clean and had all the essentials. Would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in Bangkok!

Nice stay as always.
Pros:

I have stayed here before several times due to the location and spacious rooms. Staff on reception friendly as always and the bellboys are helpful.

Cons:

I got a room upgrade apparently but this gave a bath which I did not find comfortable as I only like a shower and it is not convenient to shower in. The water goes everywhere. I will let them know in advance next time.

Convenient location
Pros:

The hotel has an amazing friendly staff. Rickgo was tremendous in providing recommendations and always very helpful. The hotel location is perfect since there’s a lot of restaurants, bars, stores on the street. The rooms are very clean and spacious and very good price.

Great stay close to bars and restaurants.
Pros:

Location to all the action.
I also had to change my dates and the hotel accommodated me even though it was a ‘non refundable’ booking. They were brilliant.

Pros:

Pokoje komfortowe, czyste. Śniadania różnorodne: kuchnia tajska, indyjska, japońska etc. Hotel znajduje się w dzielnicy wieżowców więc warto rezerwować pokoje na wyższych piętrach 18-26. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i kolejki BTS.

Cons:

Pokoje są niestety dość słabo wygłuszone.
