Magnifique hôtel, dommage que tout y soit un peu compliqué et long

Très bel hôtel, que l'on peut dire luxueux. Très bon emplacement. Belle piscine.

Cons:

Toutes les procédures (check-in, check-out, demandes diverses) sont longues et pénibles, et le personnel n'est pas très réactif. Vous souhaitez étendre votre séjour d'une ou deux nuits ? Cela vous prendra 15mn à l'accueil ! Dans ma salle de bain, l'eau de la douche ne s'écoulait pas ; j'ai réclamé 3 fois que ce soit réglé, le personnel est venu mais le problème a subsisté. C'est assez étonnant pour un hôtel de ce standing.
