Miejsce godne polecenia.
Pros:

Hotel zlokalizowany bardzo blisko portu oraz ulicy La Rambla. Znajduje się w odnowionej kamienicy- widok z naszego okna - na kamienice obok - natomiast umilały go dwa piękne koty wygrzewające się na balkonie. Pokój bardzo ładny, czysty, duża łazienka. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Dostępny sejf. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, natomiast jadalnia malutka.

Cons:

Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Nie mamy zastrzeżeń.

Nice room, a bit small. Clean.

Pros:

Es passt einfach alles an dem Hotel. Moderne saubere Zimmer. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Und das Frühstück war das Beste. Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Security Breach and poor customer service
Pros:

I received a message from the hotel that they had a security breach and as a result my personal data was shared. This is bad enough but to make things worse when i contacted them to ask them to remove all my personal information and credit card details and to cancel my booking they did not respond. I have tried to contact them twice. In the meantime i have received a number of spam messages. Hotel Serhs have taken no respinsibility for this. Extremely unprofessional!
