Pros:

Great location right next to a stunning beach, food was fairly good. Coffee at breakfast was awful though. Also we paid for a seaview room but had a view of astroturf instead.

Zunächst das Positive:
Die Hotelanlage, zwischen den zwei Buchten ist sehr schön und das Angebot für Kinder ist sehr gut. Es gibt diverse Rutschen und andere Spielgelegenheiten.

Das Hotel ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren in den Familienappartments im W1 Komplex. Der Meerblick war großartig, aber die Zimmer waren renovierungsbedürftig und schlecht gereinigt. Aus allen Ritzen kamen Ameisen und Asseln. Die Mikrowelle und die Kühlschrankniesche versifft. Bei den Betten handelt es sich um einfachste Bettgestelle.

Uns ist aufgefallen, dass andere Familien direkt das Zimmer gewechselt haben. Offenbar versucht das Hotel einem immer zunächst die unrenovierten Zimmer "anzudrehen".
Das Personal ist bemüht, aber ein einfacher Wunsch wie weitere Kopfkisten erforderte 5 Kontakte mit der Rezeption bis dieser umgesetzt wurde.
Handtücher und Becher werden gegen Pfand ausgehändigt, aber teilweise nur mit Vorlage der Quittung zurückgenommen. Ich habe eigentlich keine Lust auf Zettelwirtschaft im Urlaub.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber es muss einem bewusst sein, dass es sich um ein Riesenhotel mit entsprechender Menschenmenge im Speisesaal handelt.
Die Qualität der Weine, die enthalten sind, ist mittelmäßig.

Die Bewertung gut ist eigentlich nur wegen der Lage und des Kinderangebots zustande gekommen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber werden nicht zurückkehren.

Juniorsuite mit 2 Zimmern direkt auf der Klippe sehr schön. Sehr ringhörige Zimmer wegen der dünnen Wände und auch durch die Klimaanlage hört man die Nachbarn sehr gut. Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr schön angerichtet, es wird immer wieder aufgefüllt, das Personal ist überwiegend sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett

Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar wunderschön anzusehen, aber leider schwanger und mit einem Kleinkind ziemlich gebirgig und leider leider war das Meer so schwer zu erreichen. Shuttlebus gab es leider nicht mehr.

Das Hotelzimmer war wirklich keine 4*! Das Bad sah wirklich mangelhaft aus!!! Bettwäsche und Handtücher teils kaputt oder verfleckt. So einen kleinen Fernseher hatte ich noch nie in einem Hotelzimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war an manchen Tagen gut, an anderen miserabel!

Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Generell war die Anlage schön und bietet viel für Kinder. Das Essen war lecker und wechselhaft.

We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite.

Klo mit Schiebetüren, Klo macht komische Geräusche, teilweise die ganze Nacht (ging mehreren Gästen so). Essen sehr gut, große Auswahl. Nur die Nachspeise war schlecht (zu künstlich, zu süß).

Pros:

Le séjour était bon en général, hôtel confortable, sait gérer le grand flux de touristes, nourriture bonne mais peu d'innovations.
L'accueil est froid et non personnalisé, on se croit dans un parc d'attractions ou un centre commercial et on est livré à nous-même.
L'animation pour enfants n'est pas pro-active.
L'animation le soir est par contre excellente et agréable.
