Un site parfait pour se reposer avant ou entre des visites. Fonctionnel à défaut d'avoir du charme.
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, avec une vue correcte, malgré sa situation en retrait, le fait d'avoir plusieurs propositions de restauration avec de la variété sans avoir à ressortir le soir après une journée de visites. L'hôtel a beau être immense, son architecture n'en fait pas une "barre" qui fait tâche dans le paysage, l'accès à une promenade sur une grande digue le long de la mer. Pour un nageur pas frileux, la piscine immense presque vide en février.

Cons:

Le forcing à l'accueil pour faire prendre une formule buffet en demi-pension qui se révèle somme toute assez décevante : quantité certes mais qualité cantine. On se demande comment des 4 ou 5* par exemple peuvent servir des jus de fruit parfaitement industriels plutôt que des jus de fruit frais ! Petit déjeuner meilleur que le déjeuner.

Pros:

Food was very good. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and shower was lovely. Good gym…small, but it had good equipment.

Cons:

Gym closes at 6.30pm…it should stay open later to like 10pm. Pools were salt water, but still nice (understandable due to Lanzarotes climate). The Piano bar was lovely but it only had one type of beer on tap. The door at main entrance to the lobby was left open in the evenings and a cold breeze comes in through it making sitting in the piano area cold if sitting on edge of the piano bar. If it was closed in the evenings it would solve that issue. Other than that all good.

Personal, Anlage, Essen, Ausstattung nach Zimmerwechsel

Cons:

Zimmer 1: schlecht ausgestattet, feuchter Geruch, schlecht renoviert; schöne Bereiche nur durch Zuzahlung zugänglich - unmöglich! Schlüssel haben zu selten funktioniert.

We kwamen in een warm bad

Views , location directly on promenade ,large size of the room

Cons:

Cold swimming pools , small gym , queuing for tables for meals , uninterested staff , poor lighting on large site at night , too much obsession with getting feedback whilst we are still on holiday , poor room service cleaning and having to pay to use the indoor pool / spa facilities which should be FREE in a 5☆ hotel .

Pour un 5 étoiles et a 2400€ la semaine, je n’y retournerai pas.

Le complexe propose tout ce qu’un 5 étoiles doit avoir

Cons:

Le ménage est fait de manière aléatoire, après 4 jours il y avait tjs les mêmes cheveux rouges dans la douche alors que je suis blonde… à plusieurs reprises j’ai eu des cafards dans ma chambre. Les taches et traces sur les literies, poussière pas tjs faite. Les équipements sont vieillissants, certains coins auraient bien besoin d’être rénovés..
