Excelente, hemos estado dos matrimonios y lo hemos pasado genial. El personal es increíble
Pros:

En general, todo las comidas muy buenas, el personal excelente muy amable y la ubicación a pesar de estar en el sur de la isla se puede llegar a todos sitios perfectamente

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega el mantenimiento de del Hotel en algunos lugares estaba un pelín descuidado con falta de limpieza superficial

Pros:

Buffet della colazione ottimo e ricco, varietà anche in quello della cena, seppur di qualità lievemente inferiore. Location molto comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Nella stanza in alcuni momenti si percepiva l'odore della fognatura. Eravamo in tre nella stanza e alcune cose (bicchieri, dolcetti di benvenuto) erano solo per due.

Bastante relajante y con aspectos de calidad , pero cosas que mejorar para que sea 10/10
Pros:

Diseño del hotel , la limpieza de la habitación , el silencio en la zona only adults , que la comida en el restaurante buffet principal era comida sana principalmente y bien elaborada , punto a destacar también el servicio a mesa de bebida , aun asi trato al cliente por parte de los camareros poco cercano , muy neutro . Destacar como animador a Dani , el mejor sin duda .

Trato poco cercano de camareros hacia los clientes , en la cena en el restaurante volcán pusieron de aperitivo una salchicha con mostaza y ketchup lo que veo poco apropiado para un restaurante y mas en un hotel 5 estrellas , echo en falta poder calentar en el bar piscina el sandwich mixto que hay en la nevera , según el personal del bar no hay como calentarlo , al igual que perrito caliente al que solo se le puede echar salsa , ya que no tiene para añadirle queso , cebolla , o otros ingredientes en conclusión , bar piscina muy muy pobre , atención al cliente baja calidad de nuevo
Quitando estos aspectos negativos del que quiero destacar pues ese trato cercano que deberían de tener todos y cada uno de los camareros , tengo que destacar también la buena actitud del personal de animación sobre todo a Dani , gran animador y que sabe desenvolverse a la perfección en cualquier idioma

Pros:

Une grande partie du personnel était adorable..très à l'écoute et a toujours essayé de faire de son mieux pour nous satisfaire. Le coach aquagym est adorable aussi. Le spa aussi. Grand professionnalisme et gentillesse.

Cons:

Quelques personnes sont à contrario pas sympa du tout...mais à la marge heureusement ! La chef de rang du restaurant dolce vita a été désagréable et expéditive du début à la fin..une dame aussi dans le restaurant buffet qui n'a pas voulu qu'on occupe les tables sous le parasol extérieur par flemme de servir une table plus loin.

Brilliant for families. Super friendly staff. Good food. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Fantastic facilities - brilliant heated kids pool and lots of space for everyone.

Cons:

Naturally because it is a big resort and is spread out there is a bit of walking too and from dinner to the room but there were easy ramps for prams/wheelchairs and everything was very accessible.

Estancia muy agradable en un entorno tranquilo y de calidad tanto en el trato como en los servicios
Pros:

Todo en general pero sobre todo el personal.
Unas vacaciones fantásticas en un entorno fantástico.

Cons:

La cena en el restaurante Italiano dejó mucho que desear, tanto en la calidad como en el trato.
Tampoco me parece apropiado que en el bufet pongan un mostrador destinado sólo a chucherías. Muchos niños se nutrían solo con esto.
