Pros:

The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Access to our room was great.
Plenty of parking.
Close to dining, shopping, etc.

Cons:

The bathroom vanity wasn't enough room for two people to place their toiletries, etc.
Another mirror outside of the bathroom would've been good.

Well let's start with the checkin...
1: Waited for about 10 min before I finally decided to call them, lady answered, and said she be down in a minute. Okay probably busy cleaning no worries.
2 : The room... walked up to door it was open. Odd but no worries. Walk in first thing i do is pull the sheets back. Hair in the bed crumbs in the bed and stains... so now I started looking around the room cracks in the walls everywhere cock roach in the drawer. Only one I saw though will say. Then the bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in could not shut it for the time I was there.
I saw a house cleaning lady outside so I stopped and asked for sheets. She said the reason it was dirty was because she hadn't cleaned it yet which is why the door was open! She said she didnt know why they would check me in to that room. Well Lucy very kindly gave us new sheets and even helped us put them on! Also good luck getting your TV to work!
Also DO NOT GO BAREFOOT my white socks where BLACK not even 2 hours in. Oh and maybe bring shower shoes nasty hair in the shower as well...

BPD cop harassment hotel..
Pros:

Live in kitchen with cooktop and full size fridge

Cons:

Cops are constantly harassing guests be it sitting in your own vehicle. They will approach your vehicle and ask for id. The reason was for loitering and warrants and drugs i kindly said no and they left but ridiculous

Terrible . I have videos of staff admitting to other staff stealing.
Pros:

The concept is nice however it’s all a show they put on to get you to move in.. they do “surprise” inspections while you’re not ‘home’ and steal your belongings / items.

Cons:

Property manager doesn’t allow firearms inside room. And if she suspects this of taking place she will do an unscheduled “inspection” and remove you from the property with no refund.

Property Manager Jen doesn’t even the know the difference between a real gun or a fake gun WITH the orange cap still intact.

These are all examples of things she says and does to kick you out after payment, and allow staff to STEAL FROM YOU.

Arrived and the property demanding ID’s of all individuals staying in the room. 2/3 had theirs on them at the time. Have never had this happen before. Would not allow them to stay.
