Die Lage und die lieblos eingerichtete Flur/Lobby. Wirkt nicht so einladend. Man fühlt sich „falsch“. Parken auch eher schwierig

Okay, aber ich finde es gibt in ähnlicher Lage zu diesem Preis bessere Alternativen in Stuttgart.
Pros:

Die Leute waren bemüht und freundlich (wenngleich sicherlich nicht vom Fach). Das Zimmer sauber. Das Zimmer war ganz schön, nur halt wahnsinnig karg. Die wenigen Sachen, die drin waren, waren schön, stilvoll und bequem.

Cons:

Nach der recht schönen und stilvoll eingerichteten Lobby hat man den Eindruck, als ob die Innenarchitekten oder Designer einfach ihren Job nicht fertig gemacht hätten. Schon wenn man aus dem (sehr uncharmanten) Fahrstuhl steigt, bekommt man bestenfalls Tiefgaragen- oder Keller-Vibes. Teppiche, Bilder, Vasen, ein Möbelstück oder zumindest Zierleisten - nichts. Einfach nur nackte Wand.
Und im Zimmer wird es dann zwar besser, aber der Stil "nur das Nötigste" zieht sich halt durch (kein Kühlschrank, keine Küchenzeile, kaum Deko, viel nackte unbenutzte Wand, etc.). So entsteht nicht wirklich ein angenehmes Raumgefühl, bei aller vielleicht gewollten "reduzierten Coolness" - das ist zu viel bzw zu wenig für einen nicht wirklich günstigen Preis.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip wer mehr als ein Hotelfeeling möchte.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage hat mir gefallen. Sowie das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Schlechte Parkplatzsituation Vorort.
Bettwäsche zwar sauber, aber Bettdecke fleckig.

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage top. Die Zimmer sind nett und modern eingerichtet.
Bäcker und Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu finden.

Cons:

Von außen ist das Hotel nicht wirklich ansprechend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht optimal
