Im Bad wurde offensichtlich geraucht. Es hat extrem nach Nikotin gestunken. Der Getränkeautomat war sehr laut, Dauergeräusch!

Pros:

L hotel est bien placé. 30-45 min des lieux principaux à visiter en voiture. A pied entre 45 min -2h30 de marche. Rien à dire....

Cons:

La vétusté des équipements.

Schrecklicher Reinfall, von der Rezeption beginnend mit einem nicht bewohnbaren Appartement.
Pros:

Nichts, da wir nach Ansicht des Appartements direkt abgereist sind. (Leider haben wir nur den Eingang fotografiert.)

Cons:

Zuerst muss man wissen, dass das Appartement nicht im Hotel liegt. Im Hotel war es schon mäßig. Aber man muss zur Straße raus und um die Ecke. Der Eingang ist kein normaler Eingang (siehe Bild) und es war sehr dreckig. Wände, Böden, WC eigentlich alles extrem eklig. Wir sind rückwärts wieder raus und abgereist. Das war nicht bewohnbar. Jetzt streiten wir uns mit dem Anbieter (zum Glück über paypal gezahlt).

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu Empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war relativ gut.

Cons:

- in der Küche fehlten Fliesen oder waren lose. Hier wurden die fehlenden Fliesen durch Teppich ersetzt.
- Türen wie Türrahmen waren kaputt oder waren mehr als abgenutzt.
- das obere Badezimmer war bestimmt mehr als 20 Jahre alt und glich eher einer Metzgerei.
- das untere Badezimmer waren die Wandfliesen in der Dusche lose, hier wird es bald ein Wasserschaden geben. Auch die Duschbrause war eine Zumutung. Auch an den Duschtüren war schwarzer Schimmel. Ich hoffe das wir kein Fußpils bekommen. An der Toilette war der Zulauf undicht.
- auf der Treppe fehlte ein Läufer der abgerissen wurde. Das Geländer klebte ekelig.
- der Eingang sowie die Ansicht von außen waren eine Katastrophe.

Отель дешевый для Берлина и удобства там соответствующие, то есть у меня (в одиночном номере) не было холодильника, конд
Pros:

В целом было чисто, кровать вместительная (я высокий), на рецепшене помогли сориентироваться по району, недалеко от метро.

Cons:

Возможно было чуток шумно, но с закрытыми окнами было нормально
