Location and the property itself are not so bad, but the service and the staff are not good

Wenn noch einmal, dann OHNE Frühstück!!!
Pros:

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Gute und dennoch ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Frühstück war super enttäuschend. Kaffee aus PumpKanne. Wenig "echte" Auswahl. Alles lieblos dargeboten. Personal konnte nicht einmal die Tageszeit sagen. Kein lächeln.

Prima, gerne wieder
Pros:

Der Kaffee war prima. Ebenso hat das Frühstück prima zum Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gepasst. Gerne werde ich da wieder hinkommen.
Ein gemütliches Hotel in einer ruhigen Strasse zentral beim Kudamm! Das Zimmer war immer top sauber ebenso das Bad.
Auch die Heizung hat gut funktioniert, da es um diese Zeit echt affig kalt war in Berlin.

Cons:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.
