Wie immer eine Reise wert
Pros:

Das Frühstück war richtig gut und es gab eine Auswahl, die für jeden geeignet war. Sogar selbstgebackener Apfelkuchen durfte genossen werden. Die Brötchen waren frisch und knackig. Es wurde schnell nachgefüllt und auch die Frühstückszeiten waren sowohl für Frühaufsteher, als auch für Langschläfer geeignet.Mein Zimmer war zweckdienlich, aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich konnte sehr gut in dem Bett schlafen, was nicht immer der Fall ist, da ich Rückenprobleme habe. Es war überall sauber, auch wenn man in einer typischen Altbauwohnung untergebracht ist, wo schonmal der Boden knarzt oder die ein oder andere Schramme an der Bodenleiste findet. Gerade aber diesen typischen Charme mag ich sehr. Und wie gesagt, es tat der Sauberkeit keinen Abbruch. Auch der vorhandene Aufzug ächzte gemütlich vor sich hin, tat aber verlässlich seinen Dienst, was für mich als Gehbehinderte natürlich absolut wichtig ist, da sich das Hotel im zweiten Stock befindet. Ein weiteres Highlight für mich als Raucher war die vorhandene Rauchermöglichkeit, die Nichtraucher nicht störte, die es einem aber auch mal ermöglichte mal schnell seinem Laster nachzugehen, ohne durchs ganze Haus nach draussen zu müssen um sich dann irgendwo in eine Ecke drücken zu müssen. Was ich aber auf jeden Fall noch ausdrücklich erwähnen möchte, war die grosse Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Hotelteams. Von der Lage her war es ruhig, aber nicht ausgestorben. Es befanden sich viele kleine Geschäfte und Essensmöglichkeiten in der Strasse, ein Park zum geniessen, Spielplatz für Kinder und auch eine Kirche, deren Glocken hörbar, aber nicht störend waren. Bushaltestellen gab es auch in der Nähe, wenngleich sie etwas weiter entfernt sind als beschrieben, was wohl aber nur auffällt, wenn man schlecht zu Fuss ist. Ansonsten ist es kein Problem und in Berlin kommt man eh schnell von A nach B. Ich kann dieses Hotel also ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen, ist jetzt vielleicht etwas zu viel gesagt und kommt jetzt auch nur daher, dass ich aktuell an Krücken laufe und einem da schon das ein oder andere Hindernis begegnet, das Menschen ohne Einschränkung garnicht auffällt. Dazu gehörte zum einen die Treppe zum Hauseingang, die durch ihre unterschiedlichen, zum Teil sehr hohen Stufen eine echte Herausforderung war, zumal wenn man zusätzlich noch einen Koffer befördern muss. Das zweite war der hohe und schmale Duscheinstieg, den man in Berlin aber noch öfters findet. Wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten, die man vorher erfragen kann, wenn man mobil eingeschränkt ist, die ansonsten aber eher nicht wahrgenommen werden.

Pros:

Приятный отель в центре Берлина. Локация очень удачная — рядом много мест, где можно поесть и погулять, плюс удобный доступ к транспорту. В номере было аккуратно и спокойно, всё необходимое есть. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, сервис на хорошем уровне. В целом остались очень хорошие впечатления
