Pros:

Rooms were adequate, location was wonderful,,however I was not informed of, the pet fee,beforehand, and I wasn't very excited about $120 fee,non refundable.

Best hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Nice Little Vacay

Fine enough, with a few expected amenities it would have been exceptional.
Pros:

Staff were nice and helpful, bed was comfortable, room was big.

Cons:

Shower barely had any output. Toilet didn’t flush right.
No dish soap, dish cloth, paper towels or body lotion provided.

Very disappointed! For the location and being a Marriott hotel, we expected better.
Pros:

When I walked in, the front lobby was very nice, and the staff for the whole stay were super friendly.

Cons:

The bed itself was extremely firm and uncomfortable. There were stains on the carpet as well as on the pull-out bed. The bathrooms need to be upgraded because they are very outdated. The AC malfunctioned in both our rooms. We couldn't get our thermostat to go below 68 degrees, and it was even worse in the other room where our teenagers stayed. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The standard powdered eggs and sausage you get at even the cheaper hotels. Cereal, oatmeal, and a waffle iron were available as well. I understand hotels that charge a parking fee if they valet your car, but they do not, so be prepared to pay a $29 parking fee per night.

Did not get to stay here. I cancelled after booking.com failed to inform me of the snack fee SpringHill has. Hotel
Staff advised it was a “just in case” fee for when/if you purchase snacks from their convenience store. That didn’t make sense to me.

Cons:

They wanted me to pay a $530 deposit when all fees were not included during booking process.
