This staff was incredible during this busy time of NFL games and homecoming they need a raise
Pros:

The breakfast was good but the kitchen staff made it better! Especially that one lady who was wiping and cleaning everything making sure the coffeee was fresh and everyone had enough to eat

Never again!
Cons:

Very uncomfortable bed, no linens for the pull out couch, only 2 towels, 10th floor but sounded like the windows were open and could hear everything on the street all night. No ice machine available (they were being swapped out for new) 2 separate elevators to get from room to car.

It got better. Excellent friendly staff very convenient location 🙂
Pros:

Exceptional maintenance. Our first room did not have working AC. The maintenance man took it upon himself to get us a new room. He was so kind and understanding.

Cons:

First room did not have working air conditioner and a good bit of cosmetic issues that I don’t understand why they aren’t taken care of (ripped pull out couch and fitted sheet).

It was a convenient location to most things. The staff were very friendly! The breakfast had a nice selection.

Cons:

To be told I had to pay additional parking per vehicle per night after booking a nonrefundable stay.

That coffee isn't served all day or at least early morning prior to the breakfast buffet opening.
