The breakfast was great.
I did not like that pets are allowed to stay at the facility. It wasn't mentioned when I booked your hotel. Are the pets limited to a certain floor in the hotel? I hate I was in a room that pets could have stayed. What if you're allergic? It's hard to clean dog/cat hair.
Great & friendly staff, Keith was amazing and helpful in finding places around the city as well as the pregnant woman. (I can't remember her name) They had big smiles everytime we walked through the lobby. 10/10 Staff
Had to pay for parking, that's ridiculous. That definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, I wouldn't book at this location again specifically because of that. It was never mentioned in the booking process, I wasn't told anything UNTIL I got to the front desk.
I like how the room was set up.
The furniture needs to be dusted. I don’t like that you have to go park behind the building to park in the garage. Then you have to pay $33 for a parking fee.

Out of soap in shower. Stain on couch in room. Mediocre tv
We stayed one night for the Yungblud concert. The shower was wonderful.
The breakfast was pretty good. Only 2 slots out of 6 worked on the toasters.
Sad we did not have time to utilize the pool or workout room :(.
Every employee we encountered was very friendly!
The room had a stench as soon as we walked in- never could locate the source.
Opened the mini fridge to put our items in it- it had some brown liquid in the bottom of it. Called the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies- they did not show up for some time. The gentleman who showed up was very kind. He apologized about the mess and went about his day. Come to find out, the mini fridge did not work, so our items did not stay cold. :(
The parking garage that is owned by the hotel was full, so we had to park at the tech center. Could have sworn the lady said I could give her the ticket and be reimbursed for the inconvenience. When I went to check out, I asked about it, and was told by a different employee that I had to pay it when leaving the tech center garage. $20 in the garage down the way opposed to the $33 to park in the hotel lot(which was already full) was the cheaper option, so I guess that's a good thing lol.
The parking garage was full and we had to end up paying to park in another parking garage, they refunded us for the one day but still ended up paying $55 in parking for two days. We also liked that we could book here since we were all 20.
Having to pay to park. We shouldn't have to pay to park somewhere we are already paying to stay. The room had a little bit of a musty smell when we would first walk in but besides that we had no problems.
The location was nice
The cleanly, the parking ramp had a flood r something so the hotel smelled of mildew, we had to switch rooms because the first room the furniture was stained and it was the same for the second room, the rooms just wasn’t clean and I felt very uncomfortable
The room was nice and the right amount of space.
Having to pay to park.
