My fitted sheet had hairs still in it and tub had strings of hair in it as well.

Our room door was very hard to open and close. You had to manually Force it.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay and feel it is important to share my experience.

1. Air Conditioning Issues: Around midnight each night, the air conditioning would shut off and would not come back on until approximately 5:00 a.m. During that time, the room became unbearably hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Our unit was set to “On,” not “Auto,” so it should have continued running. Several other guests mentioned they experienced the exact same issue, so this did not appear to be an isolated problem. The excessive heat actually made me physically ill.
2. Marijuana Odor: Despite this being a non-smoking hotel, there was a very strong smell of marijuana outside the building and throughout my floor, especially in the hallway between the elevator and our room.
3. Extremely Hot Hallways: Regardless of whether it was day or night, every time we stepped outside our room, the hallways felt like the heat was running. The entire floor was extremely hot and stuffy.
4. Parking Lot Atmosphere: One morning there was a six-pack of beer sitting outside the entrance to the building, presumably left from the night before. Combined with the strong smell of marijuana, it gave the impression that people had been drinking and smoking in the parking lot overnight. It did not create a safe or welcoming environment.
5. Safety Concerns: I specifically chose this hotel because of its location and because I believed it would be a safe place to stay. Unfortunately, due to the activity outside at night, I did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel after dark.
6. Poor Customer Service: The front desk employee working at night showed little concern for guests. My best friend approached the desk for assistance, but the employee never acknowledged her. Instead, she continued what appeared to be a personal, flirtatious conversation with a man standing at the desk while my friend waited.

It was quite noisy due to an apparent bike convention or something but that happens sometimes. No fault of the hotel

The carpet could use deep cleaning and the bathroom could use some sprucing.
