Was a bit run down. I’ve stayed at La Quinta due to consistency. Even older properties are always comfortable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5,adultes,on a eu seulement 2 lits! La personne a l’accueil n’a rien voulu savoir et nous a donné un lit pliable, du coup on pouvait à peine passer et compliqué d’ouvrir nos valises ! Aucun dédommagement, il aurait même fallu payer en plus pour une autre chambre ! De plus, dans le lot des serviettes, une était sale et n’avait clairement pas été lavée!!
Nous lui avons montré, elle est restée indifférente !
C’est notre 6e roadtrip aux USA et c’est la première fois que ça nous arrive. Nous sommes très mécontents de l’incompétence et surtout l’indifférence du personnel !
The beds were comfortable. Located right off of route 66. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Our AC didn't work so we stayed in a warm room...during the summer (August)... The room was also not very clean. The shower was clogged with hair from previous occupants.
The room had comfortable beds and was conveniently located off the highway. The property felt safe especially for a family traveling together.
The room was not clean. There was grime on the shower wall, clogged drain from hair from previous occupants, and a dried poop/throw up stain on the toilet seat. When we walked into the hotel, we were hit with a smell of marijuana (the hotel is non-smoking). The bed sheets did not look clean either. There were crumbs and stains from previous occupants.

Decent, but not exceptional
Better curtains on the windows. Clean pool and appropriate amount of water on spa for jet's to work.
We stay here every time we travel to California. It is the half way point between Texas and California. It has a little dog area as we travel with out dog most of the time. The rooms are clean and quiet. It is also convinent to have Denny's resturant next door for take out. It is also nice as it is an easy way to get of of the 40 and back on to the 40.
The hotel was great.
Clean, friendly staff, several amenities and I loved the gated area for my dog to walk around leash free.

I am not very fond of La Quinta because many of them are not well kept. However, your hotel is both very inviting, clean, great staff, and very comfortable beds. You are my hotel when I travel through Gallup again!
