Clean, comfortable linens, luxury details, safe, great breakfast.
Room was in good, clean condition. Bed was comfortable. Had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast options were plentiful, and tasty. Great place to rest and rejuvinate.

The location brings me back to this hotel time and again when traveling on I-40 and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.
There honestly was nothing to like about the room, service or amenities
The room was filthy. The shower clearly had mold that was painted over and that was also moldy. There was dirt everywhere. The blinds didn't go down all the way and there was a bright light shining in all night. In the middle of the night there were people running down the hallway, literally screaming. When my husband went down for breakfast, there was nothing, not even coffee. You would do yourself a favor by NOT listing this on your website.
I always feel welcomed the minute I walked in. The rooms are always clean. The pool is always great for my kids.
It was very clean and modern. we traveled with our two small dogs and there was plenty of room for them to relieve themselves. Pet fee was reasonable. I am disabled and am in a wheelchair. We got the exact room we asked for. ADA compliable with rails and shower seat. The king size bed was comfortable. It was just off the interstate and easy to find. Food options were a Denny's and a Dicky's BBQ. We choose Dicky's and were very surprised. Highly recommend.
If I had to say something, to me, it seems silly to have a handicap accessible room on any but the first floor. If a fire breaks out and the elevator is out there no way for me to get down the stairwell.
