L’emplacement était la seule chose intéressante de cette adresse proche du centre.

Cons:

D’abord, nous avons payé une suite junior pour que notre fille norme dans un lit, elle a dû finalement dormir avec nous car le canapé lit était tellement usé qu’on sentait les fers du matelas. En arrivant ils n’avaient même pas fait le lit. Il a fallu leur demander. Le staff ne dit pas bonjour quand on passe, ne sourit jamais. Ne s’excuse de rien.

L’hôtel est dans un très mauvais état, il y a des odeurs dans les couloirs, du calcaire et de la rouille dans les chambres.

Vraiment une très mauvaise expérience et on a payé pour 3 pour rien!

fabulous breakfast buffet with several warm options, eggs made to order, salads, breads, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits, coffee machine for cappuccino, etc.; great downtown location; quiet if you get a room facing courtyard; lovely rooftop pool (unheated) and patio to hang out with great sunset view of Puebla & volcano; friendly and helpful staff (let us check out one hour late); small fridge in room

Cons:

our booking was for a courtyard-facing room with a kettle (important in Mexico because tap water must be boiled before drinking), but the room we got faced the street and had no kettle; staff quickly changed our room and brought a kettle; fridge in room didn't work but the next day we got one that functioned

Excelente ubicacion, instalaciones buenas y conmfortables, limpieza bien y en tiempo, mucha amabilidad de los agentes de recepcion y resolucion de situaciones.
