Convenient but aging....
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel late March 2026. Location was good near centre of Puebla, but while rooms were clean and large, they were rather dated, and furniture /décor was in clear need of refurbishment / replacement. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with good choice to suit all tastes /diets .

LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL ES PERFECTA

Fallaba el clima de la habitación
Un día volvimos a las 4pm y la habitación estaba aún sin limpiar
En la CENA en mi carpeta a un lado de plato caminaba una cucaracha, el mesero sólo fue y levanto mi plato, quitó la carpeta, aventó la cucaracha al piso y la mato, sin decir NI UNA SOLA PALABRA.
El cobro del estacionamiento del vehículo es aparte, $100 pesos diarios, cuando debería ser un servicio del Hotel que proporcione a sus huéspedes.
EN NUESTRA ESTANCIA PEDIMOS HABLAR CON LA O EL GERENTE Y NUNCA NOS ATENDIÓ, SIEMPRE ESTABA OCUPADA O COMIENDO.
Hace menos de 2 años nos hospedamos ahí mismo y el servicio fue totalmente diferente.
