Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes internationales Frühstück, großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden: Vorab wurde geschrieben das der Parkplatz 60 Peso kostet pro Tag, an der Rezeption waren es dann 100 Peso (was immer noch ein guter Preis ist). Eigentlich gutes Fitnessstudio. Aber die Geräte waren zum Teil defekt. Relativ schlechtes Internet, die Apps im Fernseher funktionierten gar nicht.

Duschschlauch kaputt, alles in in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer war an der Straße und sehr sehr laut ! Nix investieren und vollen Preis 2026 verlangen passt nicht ..

Pros:

La ubicación me encantó, muy céntrico y perfecto para caminar y conocer de dia y de noche. Muy tranquilo y seguro.

Cons:

Estaria genial si la alberca tuviera climatización ya que todo el tiempo estaba muy fria

El hotel con MEJOR UBICACIÓN y COMIDA EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

Ubicación y buffete fue lo mejor de todo. El personal de servicio (limpieza, cocina, meseros) sumamente amable. GRACIAS!!

Cons:

personal de recepción no fue tan amable. La alberca es de agua FRÍA, el wifi no funciona

Excelente, definitivamente regreso!!
Pros:

El desayuno esta excepcional me encanto, delicioso y con mucha variedad, todos los trabajadores fueron muy amables y atentos. Las habitaciones preciosas y buenas al bloquear el sonido. :D

Cons:

La habitación que reserve fue de una cama king pero no estaban disponibles por lo que nos dieron una habitación de dos habitaciones

Pros:

El buffet surtido y rico. Siempre estaba en constante rellenado y limpieza, la chicas que preparan los huevos, muy rápidas y serviciales.

Cons:

Pedimos reemplazo de tapete ya que el baño salpicaba mucho y se mojo el piso, llamamos dos veces y nunca llegó el tapete seco. La regadera no se queda en una sola posición y se resbala del poste.

Hotel correcto para unos días de fin see semana en puebla
Pros:

Ubicación muy cercana al centro para moverse a pie . Hotel correcto para descansar y pasar la noche y aprovechar a pasear, gym pequeño pero da ok para un par de días piscina igual desayuno correcto

Cons:

El domingo el desayuno colapsó de gente y faltaban comida bebidas vasos etc
El wifi en los cuartos fue muy malo y deficiente también en áreas comunes

Lindo lugar, bien ubicado y muy tranquilo Puebla, nos encantó a mi esposa y a mí

Todo excelente, solamente que dije que iba de aniversario con mi esposa y no me dijeron nada ni me dieron una habitación mejor diferente a lo que hicieron en otro hotel en Ciudad de Mexico que al enterarse de que ibamos de aniversario nos cambiaron a otra habitación mejor, por todo lo demás, excelente. Felíz de la vida volveria, muy tranquila y segura la ciudad

Das ganze Hotel wirkte sehr dunkel.

Beim vorzeitigen Check-In um 13 Uhr statt 15 Uhr, hieß es, dass es erst um 15 Uhr fertig ist. Bei so einem großen Hotel bezweifle ich, dass das Zimmer erst um 15 Uhr beziehbar ist. Schlechte Gastorientierung
